@cloud_cafe01 was really helpful in being the right place after my workout regime at the gym.
Since this cafe was right below the gym and are very promising in serving their detoxing drinks. .
It was worth a try!
100 days until January 1, 2019. How did that happen?!?! How are your New Years Resolutions going? TBH, I don’t remember what my 2018 ressies were (or if I even made any) but I do know this is one of the first years I’m coming down to the end of the calendar and feel like I’m sticking to it. I’m stronger and healthier. My soul is fuller. Major projects are getting done (I mean, there’s a house back there!!!!!). Now the reeeeeal test: finishing strong!
How about you?! We can’t go back to change our beginning but we can change our ending. And you know that’s true since CS Lewis said it 😉

The Holiday season is near. Which for most people (🙋🏻♀️) means extra eating, extra stressed, extra running around (like a mad person) and usually ignoring yourself. With all those extra negative things getting thrown at us during this time of the year, we end up gaining a lot of extra weight. Is it not crazy how most of us have come to accept that as just part of the holiday season?
But then we turn around on New Year's Eve and say our resolution is gonna be losing weight. We join a gym, buy all the workout clothes, go for a month and then give up cause we have no idea what we are doing at the gym surrounded by fit people.
How about this year we learn how to eat and enjoy the holidays and much healthier way? What if we cut out some of that stress by taking a time out for yourself? What I we skip the gym and get the same workout at home (minus the judgement of others, the drive and the added bonus of wearing whatever the hell you want)? It's all doable! 🎄
Next month I'm starting my best group yet! You'll get to go at your own pace with the program of your choice. You'll get a nutrition breakdown specially created for your workouts. AND as an added bonus, all the information I've learned from the Nutritionist I worked with this year. 🎆
So don't wait for 2019 to start the "new year, new me" campaign and don't bother with the gym anxiety. We start October 1st but you can jump in at anytime because this is your journey, your way. 🖤

time goes fast & you can do nothing to slow it down. Today you have lost one more year of your whole lifetime. I know you're never afraid of your own death, but I hope you'll always see everyday as your last day.
Don't stop planning & doing & praying that God had the same plans. Regret nothing & be always thankful! Travel more & give yourself chance for trying anything new as often as you can. Spend your money for moments & foods & helping others in needs.
I love how you find funny side from any (bad) things (sarcastic people will understand), just to appreciate it as part of mankind's evolution. No matter what world think about you, just remain true to yourself.
Last but not least, love others as you love yourself & treat others as how you want to be treated, always. May God bless you 🙏

2018.09.22 | 100 Days of Productivity 📚
Day 1/100: I was not going to do this again.
But then I realized that today we are exactly 100 days away from the end of the year and I started to think again about what I wanted to accomplish with this challenge in the first place.
Way back when I first started in February, all I really wanted was to track the books I read, and motivate myself in keeping up with my language learning. As the year progressed, this challenge started to have the opposite effect on me, and instead of feeling motivated I just reached burned out. Enough for me to just chuck it all to hell.
But then I took some vacations, and gave myself some very needed me-time, and the idea of getting back into what I wanted to achieve is starting to seem appealing to me again.
I will take this moment of serendipity, and give this 100 Days of Productivity another go, my final push before the year is over. But I also want to take some time to reflect on this, and to really think what I actually want to achieve.
NY resolution time is about 3 months away. I'm keeping it SIMPLE next year.
My new year resolution is to stop wondering if I'm good enough for other people and start wondering if they are good enough for me.

This year I’ve been feeling that life is really rushing by. Some days go so fast it’s like you climbed into a black hole running around in darkness and when you step out the other side it’s the next day, week or month! I don’t like it at all ☹️ unfortunately we can’t slow down time. What we can do is be more mindful of how we use our time. For me this year has been one of my best so far. With only a few months to go I decided to make a list of all the things I still wanted to accomplish so I could end my year on an even higher note. Like a flip on New Years Resolutions 🎉 I’m big on creating goals and challenges that push me to grow in different areas. In 2011 I set myself the biggest new year challenge - to take A Photo A Day 📷 Scroll to see a handful of my years photos. After 12 months of taking 1 different photo every day you know what I learnt? that there is so much out there but most of us miss out on it because our head is down or we walk/drive along the same paths every day. During my year I started realising there was nothing new and interesting to see in the small world I had created for myself. To find a new photo I started looking up, looking around corners, taking detours, EXPLORING!
