Woman’s New Year’s Resolution Saves A Stranger’s Life. Last December, a 29-year-old woman made a New Year’s resolution to donate a kidney and save someone’s life. Last night, Jessica Morris made good on her resolution. “I knew that (donating a kidney) is what I wanted to do. I had no interest in working out,” Morris told
Finished my first triathlon, and completed my New Year's Resolution before I turned 26. Didn't imagine I'd be here a year ago, and mostly I want to thank amazing human @mandible_cle for pushing me to do my best and for teaching me how to swim - I couldn't even go 25 yards at the beginning of this year! Looking forward to more triathlons and other endurance contests in the future. It never gets easier, you just get better. #triathlon#hfpracing#maumeebay#newyearsresolution
P.S. I got 2nd in my age group, somehow.
From our fathers to yours!! We want to wish all the amazing men out there a very Happy Fathers Day! None of us would be where we are today without your constant hard work and sacrifice. And for that we THANK YOU! 💙💙💙

hallo again! been posting intermittently lately as I work out how to proceed with new health realities, focus on figuring out meal and exercise plans that make me feel more whole and healthier, and devote time to reconnecting with family, friends, and nature 🤩🍴💦🍃🧘🏻♀️ but after a wonderfully restorative day at the krumme lanke lake yesterday (pictured here!!), feeling happy and centered and ready to jump back in 👋🏻
After an early morning workout + stand-up paddle boarding with @mjprchicago and @ctfchicago, I spent the entire afternoon watching @fifaworldcup games and snacking on hella @theskinnypop🍿The games are so intense! Who are you rooting for?!? I’m so tossed! ⚽️💫🥅
