Ich hoffe ihr seid gut in die neue Woche gestartet und hattet einen wundervollen Montag💕. Der Vormittag ist bei mir heute der Masterarbeit gewidmet und ich muss einige Sachen erledigen🤦🏽♀️. Was steht heute bei euch an? Ich hoffe ihr habt einen wundervollen Tag ❤️
LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE WHEN YOU’RE BUSY // If there’s one thing we all have in common is, life is busy AF. It’s the buzz word of modern day. But with this comes stress, and the constant feeling of rushing around. 🤯 So where does eating well, exercising and staying healthy fit into the equation? These are just a few ideas that I hope will help you, even if you just action one that’s amazing.
1.👉🏼 Plan your day: It sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised when you sit down with your diary how things can seem a little clearer. I’ve started block booking my diary, accounting for every minute of my working day makes me so much more productive and organised. But it also allows me to plan my movement/and workout for the day.
2.👉🏼 Prioritise movement: Instead of pressuring yourself to hit the gym, try aiming for more movement during your day. Can you walk at lunch, or swap the bus for a walk? The more you move, the better you feel, the more you want to move!
3.👉🏼 Take it a meal at a time: Taking it slow is so important to long term success. If you’re trying to eat a little healthier, try preparing your breakfast one day per week and then increase that as the weeks go on.
