Consistency over catch up.
Took a rest day today (sometimes I take two or three if I need too). But the other majority of the time I'm consistent. Consistent with MAKING TIME for workouts, consistent with meal prep. Because of that, when I need to take some time off, I'm able to let my body rest, reset, and not worry about catching up with workouts or feeling the need to diet. It's all a consistent lifestyle, that's what makes it work.
