Dinner at Temper Soho (Neil Rankin restaurant - featured on Masterchef a couple of seasons ago). Excellent choice for impulse date night meal with @sianweinstein ahead of a party tonight!
Dinner at Temper City. First time and it was, frankly, awesome. Having been to Temper Soho, we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed.... but this place was outrageously good. Made even better by the utterly wonderful Michelle - never have I met a restaurant team member who knew the menu better, brought everything to life, helped us understand the origins and process, and made us want to order the entire menu! Burger Pr0n warning ⚠️: for one night only, courtesy of @youngandfoodish and #burgermonday we got a chance to sample all the special burgers that will be on offer at @joeallenlondon over the next four weeks. The usual off-menu secret burger is making an on-menu appearance at the eponymous theatre land eatery with four specials created by four London chefs. <--- swipe to view.

2) Lincolnshire poacher patty melt from Mathew Carver (@aka_the_cheese_man) at @thecheesebarldn.
3) Aged beef, oyster Po'Boy by Neil Rankin (@frontlinechef) at @temperlondon.
The fourth burger is a Neapolitan styled burger of mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes and basil by former Joe Allen FOHer @russell_norman - sadly not pictured here.
Cocktails were flowing and we all managed to cram in a classic chocolate brownie and ice cream. Thanks to @youngandfoodish and the lovely staff @joeallenlondon for a fabulous evening and handling a brief evacuation for a fire alarm with aplomb.
The starters were epic, I could eat the fried tortellini for the rest of my life 😍 Aged Dexter Beef Ragu with crunchy polenta / St Marcellin fried tortellini with honey & chilli / Cabrito Goat Cannelloni. Just delicious! 🙌🏽
