I’ve suffered since I was 14 but over the years I’ve learned to deal with it, side track it, overcome it, ignore it, deal with it, make it a not-so-all-consuming issue
Because I’ve learned about tips, tricks and techniques to coax sleep to my bedside
BUT.... Sometimes these strategies fail me (like tonight!) and I take solace in knowing I’m not the only on awake in the world right now 🙈
My alarm is set for 6am.....that’s 5 freaking hours if I fall asleep RIGHT NOW!

I lost track of how many times I was up last night, and it was because of this two sick kids. 🏻 ☕ 😴

If getting ready used to take 30 minutes before having a baby, it takes now 2 full hours to get ready. Within them 2 hours I have changed her nappy, fed her, changed her clothes at least twice and once I start getting ready myself, I can start nursing my baby all over again 🙈🙈 guess this is mum life right now; and I am enjoying every moment of it! Call me crazy, but I do enjoy changing time, because that’s the time I get the most smiles from my little lady as she enjoys undressing and changing her nappy so much! #9weekspostpartum
