Listening to an audiobook and doing some coaching working on my negative thoughts and negative self image, a lot of us have it but it’s hard for people to admit and even harder to do something about it. I fall into neither of those categories tho, I’m a make it better kind person ❤️

Dear friends, how are you doing today? I'm having a slug day: unmotivated, achey, generally just not in the mood for anything productive. Thought about posting a #fridayintroductions post, remembered once again that I have barely any pictures of myself, and the ones I have I don't like. My self esteem dropped a few points. Roll on Friday when I'm on holiday for just over 2 weeks... but don't panic, this is from my full time job.
Classes will still be going ahead excluding the pre arranged dates (Saturday 18th, Thursday 23rd, and bank holiday weekend.) when we will be closed.
Still loads of work to be done between now and then, but looking forwards to some mornings to chill 😊 turning laptop off and getting out for some morning workouts as well as trips out. 👌
Wishing it was a beach holiday though.
