I have been truly humbled and blessed all year and I’m super excited for what’s to come!!! 💗💗💗
Before and 5 weeks later pics! Shamelessly promoting my #weightloss ! Down 5kg!! Those drops and a sensible eating plan are working.
If you’d like to find out more message me! It’s worth investing in yourself ladies and gents!
Before I started my drops I was having difficulty losing weight despite a fairly #healthyeating plan plus I had to take an over the counter sleeping aid to help me sleep. Now with my Day and Night drops I’m actually losing weight for the first time in years!! And it’s coming off faster than I’ve ever lost weight!! Plus, I’m sleeping quite well at night too!! It’s so great to get on the scale each day and it’s gone down another digit or few!!! 👋👋👋 yeah!! I get so excited when I see the delivery service with my box!! I know it’s working for me! Still a way to go but I’m determined!
Weekends are for cheat meals 🙊
😋|| How good does this American style beef brisket look?? We ate here courtesy of a @nbcfaus raffle fundraiser. Thanks @pancakesontherocks__official for supporting such a great cause. Hope we can all work together to achieve #zeroby2030 !!
It's not every day that you get the chance to take a selfie with your hero. @jdearmon snapped this sweet photo with hers (her mom)! After beating breast cancer, Becky decided to go on a #celebrationtour ! Her adventures so far have included: Cancun to celebrate her 30th wedding anniversary, Chicago to visit her daughter, and Florida to enjoy the beach. We are so happy that Becky is celebrating her beautiful life on this #HopeJourney !
Last Monday I texted Tyler and said “I’m curling my hair because I’m gonna have a baby tonight.” That didn’t stop me from taking Bravery to dance with contractions 10 minutes a part - followed by making my husband do an OfferUp deal after work while my contractions were 5 minutes a part. (🤔)
After packing Bravery’s lunches and snacks for the week, in between being a crazy person to Tyler, his mom, and his sisters... I told my doula things hadn’t slowed down and she head over to our house! We put Bravery to sleep and then waited. Contractions picked up and after 3 hours of laboring and literally chilling...we decided to head to the hospital to get “settled” first.
From pulling up to the hospital to delivering Brightly - only 29 minutes went by. I almost had this baby in the car, the sidewalk, and the elevator. (😅) After getting a hospital gown on I couldn’t answer intake questions, start an IV or get a hospital bracelet on before Brightly was born. The nurse left the room to call a doctor when my water broke and I started delivering with just @brittanyh and Ty in the room. Literally seconds later nurses rushed in and I was holding our baby in total shock!
They say second babies come fast, and we are just so happy she did! 🙌🏻❤️ I had a completely natural birth in a hospital (which is totally possible!)... but in my case only possible because of doula extraordinaire @brittanyh. #birthstory#naturalbirth#bottlefeeding#babyaftermastectomy#BrightlyGrows
CLOSE UP : When there's no such thing as too close! 👀
Lovely shot of our @breakyforboobies centrepiece thanks to @stephleephotography... plus a sneaky glimpse of the rose gold feature by @onefive8designs 💖
An estimated 2,550 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year in the United States. Over 400 men will pass away due to complications from breast cancer. Sadly, the most telling reason that leads to death is the lack of early detection. By the time men notice something wrong, the cancer often has metastasized. Please share this to help raise awareness for male breast cancer so that our fathers, brothers, husbands, and sons stay informed.
Sooo...that’s a wrap for FlyPink this year, hopefully the first of many for #virginaustralia !! At least $3000 raised for National Breast Cancer Foundation and Movember! Thanks to everyone who contributed and made this such a fun campaign wearing the Pink and generally being gorgeous (see pic). Huge thanks especially to @rory_air from #qantaslink for welcoming the Virgin crew into the #weflypink family and hooking us up with those pins and epaulettes, can’t wait to do it again next year, stay tuned for FlyPink 2019! Love from Mark and Michelle @stormy_sundaze ————————————
Kathy is a two-time breast cancer survivor and finished her last chemotherapy treatment at the end of October. She shared that having surgery again and undergoing treatment a second time has brought many emotions to the surface that have been challenging. Kathy's support team is helping her find better days on her #HopeJourney and she is grateful. "My family and friends have been so supportive and I am now on the upward side of everything!"
We hear stories of many women, like Karen, who have faced cancer multiple times. Karen was a breast cancer survivor of 9 years when she was diagnosed with colon cancer. She shared her inspirational view on life: "I realized that I was about to face a new beginning, a new hope. I would be able to do and see more with a whole new perspective on life. When I think of the "gift of life" that was given to me twice over, I know that I will develop and gain strength from all my experiences." Whether you are facing cancer for the first time or coping with a recurrence, we hope you gain strength from Karen's inspirational outlook.
