I so miss the carefree days of feeling the tropical sun bathing my skin and the warm embrace of the crystal clear waters of the Indian ocean. I miss feeling the silky grains of sand on my feet and, especially, of looking everywhere in awe and admiration. How can such beauty exist? And, still, it does or does still although I wonder for how much longer.... It is a feast for all the senses; from the oddly shaped granite boulders to the water (that is this most incredible shade of blue due to these very boulders) to the green lushness of the vegetation. To take it all in, to feel that you’re in the presence of Creation; natural; made by Nature; not man-made is an exhilarating and freeing experience! As clichéd as this might sound, I dearly miss what really felt like true Paradise to me. 🏝

💦 WATER 💦
I cannot speak enough about how important water is for us. After all, our bodies are made up of 50%-60% water! 😱 so it's no wonder it's so important for good health.
Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions such as; aiding in digestion, helps your body remove waste, helps keep your skin clear, prevents you from becoming dehydrated and so much more! 🤓 .
Because your body is loosing water through things like, breathing, sweating and digestion, it is so important to make sure that we are drinking enough water every single day. You can also get some of your water intake from some vegetables and fruits 🥒🍉
Now I'm not saying go skull 2L of water if you haven't had any today, maybe just a glass 😂 we need to make sure we're drinking water throughout the entire day not just big skulls at once.. 🤔 our body can only absorb so much at one time so it is more beneficial for us to take smaller sips more often than to have a huge amount every couple of hours.. 💦 Also if you're a coffee drinker, try having a glass of water before your coffee, especially if it's first thing in the morning. Coffee tends to really dehydrate our bodies so having a glass of water before a coffee with help hydrate your body 😊
If you don't like drinking water or water just doesn't clench your thirst, try adding something to it.. things like, lemon, strawberries & cucumber are all really tasty & it takes away the boringness of water ❤ .
I carry a water bottle with me EVERYWHERE I go.. I LOOOOOVVVEEE water so much! And to be fair I hate wasting money on sugary filled drinks! 🤙
2002 USGS / NASA Satellite photo of the Lena River Delta in Russia. With a massive catchment area entirely within Russia, the Lena River is one of the largest rivers in the world. The headwaters are in the Baikal Mountains, almost 2800 miles to the south. The Lena Delta is 11,583 square miles in the Laptov Sea (part of the Arctic Ocean), a portion of which is the Ust-Lena State Nature Reserve in Siberia - an extensive protected wildlife area. AND it looks like seaweed! #lenariver#lenadelta#siberia#russia#lenanaturereserve#laptevsea#arcticocean#seaweed#naturemadeit
Hangry: A state of anger caused by lack of food; causing negative change in emotional state.
This is a real issue for a lot of people. Don't allow your hunger to make you crazy. Avoid the hanger by making sure you practice the following:
