💦 WATER 💦
I cannot speak enough about how important water is for us. After all, our bodies are made up of 50%-60% water! 😱 so it's no wonder it's so important for good health.
Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions such as; aiding in digestion, helps your body remove waste, helps keep your skin clear, prevents you from becoming dehydrated and so much more! 🤓 .
Because your body is loosing water through things like, breathing, sweating and digestion, it is so important to make sure that we are drinking enough water every single day. You can also get some of your water intake from some vegetables and fruits 🥒🍉
Now I'm not saying go skull 2L of water if you haven't had any today, maybe just a glass 😂 we need to make sure we're drinking water throughout the entire day not just big skulls at once.. 🤔 our body can only absorb so much at one time so it is more beneficial for us to take smaller sips more often than to have a huge amount every couple of hours.. 💦 Also if you're a coffee drinker, try having a glass of water before your coffee, especially if it's first thing in the morning. Coffee tends to really dehydrate our bodies so having a glass of water before a coffee with help hydrate your body 😊
If you don't like drinking water or water just doesn't clench your thirst, try adding something to it.. things like, lemon, strawberries & cucumber are all really tasty & it takes away the boringness of water ❤ .
I carry a water bottle with me EVERYWHERE I go.. I LOOOOOVVVEEE water so much! And to be fair I hate wasting money on sugary filled drinks! 🤙
