Mindfulness is something else. It allowed me to realize I was anxious today for something out of my control. Waiting to see if the gal was accepted to my apartment lease was overwhelming for both of us. Suddenly I began getting super anxious. But I noticed this and took action and went to the office instead of waiting for a response and cowering in anxiety. I found out she was accepted! Looking back on today I want to choose to focus on all of the wonderful things that have happened instead of the things to potentially be anxious for. My wonderful provider took so much time writing a letter for me and for my dog as an emotional support animal. I took a half day because I’m getting sick and I came home and slept two hours and then walked my doggie on a long walk that she deserves. I got a package from my momma with pumpkin cookies and sweaters 🤗💕. I was very productive at work for the 4.5 hours that I was there.
The anxiety and stress can make us forget all the good things that happen that day. It is up to us to see through it and pick out positives.

Yesterday we were going to get out for the mushrooms, but did't know are there grew up. However, our desire was stronger. On the photo you can see two magnificient mushrooms, found between fallen leaves, in the ground). These are ceps. Of course, not all were like these, but if you have strong desire, nature helps you. Вчера мы собирались выбраться за грибами, но не знали, выросли ли они уже). Однако наше желание все же было сильнее. На фото вы - два великолепных гриба, найденных между опавшими листьями, в земле).
