B I O L O G Y ✨ My newest dōTERRA customer is a busy man with a high-pressure job. Like so many of us, he struggles with stress and anxious feelings. Also like many of us, he was skeptical that essential oils could make a difference (skeptics are MY PEOPLE btw! 💕)
When we spoke earlier this week, these were the words he used to describe his experience using dōTERRA oils: “It does more to your brain than you anticipate.” And it’s similar to the feedback I hear every day; these oils work very simply and deeply to soothe, uplift, console, energize, and cleanse.

We are well and truely past the half way mark with Lokis first year of school!
To be honest I was not prepared for how busy life would get and how quickly my baby boy would grow up.
Loki has learn't so much in his first year of school, it's fantastic and I am such a proud mamma but after school he is at times mentally exhausted and physically restless.
This year we have used a few rituals and remedies to support Loki.
These remedies and rituals have also been great for Lokis memory
as he continues to learn and expand his knowledge. .
Remedies and rituals we use:
Magnesium supplement: This has been fantastic for Lokis nervous system and calming down around bed time. It assists in getting his body and mind to relax.
Bath rituals: Every few weeks I run a bath for Loki with Epsom salts and essential oils, especially towards the end of the week. Again this is to help calm his body and mind.
Flower essence: These are fantastic, natural remedies to have in the cupboard. You can create your own rescue remedy, use them for memory, sleep, confidence, calmness plus so much more.
Crystals: Loki really resonates with crystal energy and is always asking to have a crystal close by! We set an intention or affirmation and then I let him intuitively select one.
Nature: After school the first thing Loki wants to do is go out side and play which I love. It's like his energy field knows he needs to be grounded, have fresh air and connect back to nature. This calms his mind, helps with fatigue and releases all those feel good hormones.
Kinesiology: Together we go over techniques that enhance learning ability and assist with keeping grounded.
Being present: Since school has started we have found Loki needs us to be present more than ever! He thrives from one on one connection, play plus having in-depth chats before bed time. So we try and give Loki time each day that allows this connection to happen.

Blue light blocking glasses to eliminate blue light up to 2 before bedtime. Blue light after sunset can disrupt circadian rhythm and suppress the production of melatonin. Here I am using @swannies_glasses. .
A tiny drop of organic lavender essential oil applied on the upper lip immediately before bed. Lavender calms the nervous system, induces relaxation and helps reduce stress. I found this method more effective and efficient than diffusion. Here I am using @vitruvi essential oil. I got this tip from @bengreenfieldfitness.
Life gets pretty hectic and can move pretty fast sometimes, but you’re always worth carving out some time for, to focus just on you and your health. We promise it’s worth it 🙌🏽 ⠀

We aren’t sure if it’s immune issue or cancer yet. Still awaiting lymph node (they’re all huge) aspiration results but tonight has been rough. The first day she hasn’t acted normal. She’s snoring, even before she falls asleep. She’s frustrated and keeps huffing and changing positions, can’t get comfortable to breath better. I’ve tried helping but nothing seems to relieve it.
On a side note for those of u reading this all she’s currently on doxy. Monday was day one. No positive change yet. .

The weather here has been all over the place. Hot to cold and cold to hot so there’s cold/flu’s going around. Last night my grandson (coming close to 14 years old) who is staying with us while my daughter is having a well deserved break in Bali 😃 had a bad cough. I put some Tea Tree Essential Oil followed by Oregano on his feet. I also gave him the Easy Air Touch to put on his chest. I did offer him the special potion that you can see recipe in photos, but at that stage he didn’t want to give it a go. This morning when he got up he said he had a really tight chest and body aches and was coughing a lot. He asked for my potion. He had half a serve, and seriously, he was 90% better for about 7-8 hours, when he asked for another dose. Had same success with my youngest son last week. He too was coughing, high temp and body aches and generally feeling lousy. He had a dose of the potion before work ( he starts at 7pm) and it helped him at work until 2pm.
