👩⚕️Whether it's your elbow, wrists or shoulders... I use to have the discomfort in all spots on my right side. I am right handed so it makes sense. Let me tell you. A little Lemongrass in the Deep Blue lotion a few times a day and I have no more issues! Treat yourself to a simple and relaxing steam facial.
1. Boil 3 cups distilled water
2. Place in a large bowl
3. Add 5 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil and 3 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
4. Sit over the bowl and place a towel overhead creating a tent so that steam will cover your face.
5. Wash your face after. Enjoy!

1.Mix desired amount of Epsom salt in bowl and add some skin-safe colorant if desired
2.Add dried herbs or flower petals to mixture for color and added aroma
3.Add 5-10 drops of your favorite essential oils; mix well
4.Add 1 cup Epsom bath salt to round plastic ornaments until full
5.Once full, put the top of ornament back on
6.When ready to use, add desired amount to warm bath

See that second email. Where it says logo.png that is the image without a name. This is part of the meta data your emails have and potentially all images uploaded to your website have. Renaming your images before uploading is good practice. Compressing them also will save space.
