驴En qu茅 consiste la periodizaci贸n no lineal? Se trata de entrenar diferentes cualidades de la fuerza en diferentes momentos.

Para simplificar, vamos a clasificar los diferentes d铆as de entrenamiento en: ligero, moderado, pesado, muy pesado y potencia. Cada uno tiene un lugar en el programa y se pueden utilizar en diferente grado seg煤n el objetivo.

Ligero: Las funciones del d铆a ligero son esencialmente de descanso activo. Estos ponen en movimiento la sangre para ayudar a limpiar los productos de desecho de los m煤sculos, disminuyendo molestias.

Moderado: el d铆a moderado es el d铆a tradicional de hipertrofia. Este va a ser similar a un entrenamiento estilo culturista, centrado en el desarrollo de la masa.
Pesado: los d铆as pesados se centrar谩n en el entrenamiento con pesos cerca del m谩ximo con rangos de 4 a 6 repeticiones. Esencialmente es la construcci贸n de un m煤sculo m谩s grande y fuerte. 
Muy pesado: estos d铆as se van a centrar en el desarrollo de la fuerza m谩xima, aumentando el reclutamiento neural de fibras musculares. 
Si deseas entrenar, debes tomar en cuenta que cada programa debe tener siempre un objetivo principal, ya se trate de hipertrofia, fuerza m谩xima, potencia, o lo que sea. Se debe aceptar tu nueva realidad: ya que cuando eso sucede, va a pasar un gran periodo de adaptaci贸n a como se siente, se mueve el cuerpo, y tambi茅n a como piensas de ti mismo. 
Rod茅ate de cari帽o: enfrentarse una lesi贸n solo, es casi imposible y solo agravaras las cosas si no buscas ayuda. Nunca tengas miedo de buscar a la gente, e incluso, cuando la gente se ofrece a hablar, escuchar, comer contigo o llorar contigo d茅jalos que lo hagan.

Go check out his Instagram and get this guy to 10k! In my opinion this guy could kill it in a super heavyweight weight with 15-20lbs of quality muscle! Look out for this guy as we will either see him keep decimating the heavyweight class or move up a weight class and kill it within that!

Huge PR going down tonight with a scary 495lb squat! I鈥檝e never been this nervous going up to a weight before and I鈥檓 super grateful I had @dbontorinfit there to spot me as well as having the luxury of training at such an incredible gym in @advancedfitnessclub ! Wouldn鈥檛 have been able to do it without @dbontorinfit as I became very nervous prior to going up to the bar, but he gave me the encouragement to just go for it and stop being a pussy! Thanks man wouldn鈥檛 be here without you.

This was our first time meeting face to face and we hit it off right away. There was a whole lot of laughter and hard work taking place during our training session. She has been making fantastic progress on-line and I wanted to thank her for stopping in and visiting. I had a blast and I can鈥檛 wait till you鈥檙e back in town so we can do it again.

馃As a side note if you are super strict during the week and you feel like you lose your shit at the weekend then try easing up on restrictions, so you have less of a urge to go all out at the weekends.
