I am SO hyper it's BANANAS! .
One week today I've been completely sober. .
Don't get me wrong, I tried to have wine last night but the bottle had gone bad 😏
It's funny how I literally notice myself getting more and more hyper the longer I go without alcohol! (And all know how I'm already hyper when I HAVE it)
It's like I legit turn back time to that younger girl that never drank because heck! I was so hyper people thought that I WAS drunk or on drugs so... why would I even need it?! .
Thing is... it just tastes so good once it touches the lips 🤣

Still thinking about starting your health journey, but hesitate to get started. ⠀⠀
That was me before starting my health journey. I was consistently back and forth on getting started. I was afraid of how hard it may be at first. I was afraid of not seeing results. I was afraid of having another diet letting me down.
I realize that I was the one that was putting these negative thoughts in my head. I knew I had to look at this in a different mindset. I knew I was unhappy with my body. I knew I was low on energy daily. I knew I was overeating and eating unhealthy. I knew I was ready to make this change regardless of how hard it may be at first. I knew that I needed someone to help me stay accountable and consistent. I was ready for a positive lifestyle change!
Then I started talking to a friend who was at the same point in her life. I saw she found a program that gave her a nutrition plan, work out program, accountability through a team, and consistency through her coach. She was never alone during her health&fitness journey. ⠀⠀
I decided that this would be a great opportunity for me to get started on the right track with my health&fitness journey! So, I jumped in with both feet, and signed up for a 8week program! I have finished the 8 week program with success! ⠀⠀
