conte com as estradas e vielas da vida para apresentar desafios, aventuras, desarranjos, e merecida calmaria. cobre adiantado, olhe os dois lados da rua antes de atravessar, siga sua voz interior, e chegará a bifurcação na estrada. .

believe in the highways and byways of life for they present you with challenges, adventures, disarray and well earned serenity. charge ahead, look both ways in crossings, and follow your inner voice should you reach a fork in the road.
I just love this moment 💙

🌸Second submission #BlossomBeyondYourBody 🌸
Another great usage of Padmasana (if you can’t seat long enough to meditate in it) is to seat while playing with the Tibetan Singing bowls.
The healing sound of the Tibetan singing bowls:
🌸reduce stress and anxiety
🌸lower your anger and increases blood flow
🌸the sound is healing for pain relief and deep relaxation
🌸increases mental stability 🌸promote happiness and well being 🌸balance the chakras
This particular singing bowl that I bought in India is for balancing the Heart chakra❤️Promotes good mood and emotional clarity. Probably thats why whenever I decide to play it, it just makes me smile and radiantly happy.
Dont forget to check my co-hosts for their second submissions and great tips 😍 Have a beautiful evening friends! 💛 🌺 The hosts:

☮️Yogan är att möta livet så som det är. Att finna mina medvetna val. Att vara i nuet. Det ger mig regelbundenhet genom mitt liv. Mitt sinne blir lugnt. Att stanna upp. Känna in hur känns det just för stunden. Yogan tar mig djupt in i mig själv.
Trevlig kväll 💫💫 Yoga is to meet life as it is. Finding my conscious choices. To be in the present. It gives me regularity throughout my life. My mind will be calm. To stay up Know how it feels just for the moment. Yogan takes me deep into myself. But on my yoga mat, I also encounter conflicts, values and many mixed feelings. For me, yoga is not about how it looks and how flexible we are. It's about my own meeting with myself and how I experience everything. It's about exploring my life. What happens in my body and how do I breathe? What questions do I meet in myself? The list can be done long but this is part of the yoga for me.
SAT NAM I'm true to myself 🙏❤️🙏
Nice evening 💫💫

A really important aspect of healing the body is feeling safe and calm. The nervous system needs time to integrate new ways of moving, being, and holding posture. If the nervous system is too agitated, the body can not integrate or heal properly. This is why all of my classes have a gentle and restorative tone, even when we do very specific and therapeutic work for the body. Some of you know that I specialize in healing low back and hips issues. Whether it’s yoga therapy or NKT, the nervous system takes priority. I must develop trust and safety with my clients or healing just won’t happen. #neurokinetictherapy#restorativeyogaforbodyandsoul#ashevilleyogatherapy
Yes it has happened with me so often, that I think of a long lost friend and he messages me the same day.
The ones who understand energy know that in some dimension we are all connected. All our thoughts are energy vibrations which effect the cumulative vibration of this planet. So always add positive energy to this entry pool and you will see you will get back much much more than what you put in.
“every day, think as you wake up, today i am fortunate to be alive, i have a precious human life, i am not going to waste it. i am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. i am going to have kind thoughts towards others, i am not going to get angry or think badly about others. i am going to benefit others as much as i can.”

Day 2 of #HappyYogaBody with a compass pose! I love the shape of this pose, even though is pretty difficult for me!
Modify today’s pose with a smaller #backbend that’ll allow you to ‘push’ the arch a bit higher, to the space between the shoulder blades and back of the heart, while maintaining a good leg activation, like this one here. Another good thing about Cobra is that there’s a ton of small adjustments you can do to make it more accessible. For instance, if you keep the legs a bit open, instead of completely together, it’ll be easier on the lumbar area (though I also don’t recommend going wider than the mat as it might bring SI issues or put extra strain around the sacrum). You can also play with the hand-hips distance, move them further away than the shoulders, come up on the fingertips, or place a couple of blocks under them. All those options allows us to extend the spine more, lift the chest higher, so the low back feels pain-free again. Anchor through the pubic bone into the floor and, literally, ‘lengthen up’, then arch back, relaxing the head and dropping those shoulders. Activate the legs all the way to the toes and feel a strong line of energy running from the flexors to the top of the feet. Hold 5-7 breaths and notice the spine curving more and more, like a snake.... #practice time! shall we?

When I was thirteen, a light suddenly went off in my head. I needed to be in a dance class. I immediately fell head over heals for the art, dropping all other activities to go to dance classes six days a week. I stretched and practiced with all of my free time. I watched every video and read every book I could find on dance. Everything in me wanted to dance for the rest of my life. I was set on becoming a professional dancer. By the age of fifteen, I let that dream slip away. I still wanted it, but I gave up because I believed that I wasn’t good enough. I was afraid to tell anyone that it was what I wanted, afraid to ask my parents to go to additional trainings, afraid it was too late and there was no way to catch up.
Now I’m almost twenty-six. I have new dreams, but a different perspective. I’m not afraid to speak about my dreams because I know that is one of the best ways to make them come true. I don’t worry as much about judgements, because I judge myself and others around me less. I’m not afraid to ask for the help I need, because I know we all need help sometimes. I’m aware that others may be better than me, but I’m also aware that that is a reflection of their unique journey, and I am inspired by them. I know that I am enough as I am, but there is always room to grow. I trust that passion and drive keep us propelling toward our aspirations in a way that nothing else can and that growth comes with experience and time. I know that as long as we are alive, it is never too late.
I believe we always carry dreams with us, and they evolve as we move through life and time. I believe that taking steps toward them, without being attached to whether or not they come true, letting them change as they will as our dynamic curiosity, finding happiness in the simple act of trying, is the most beautiful way to truly live.

Summers' sun and UV rays can be draining to our bodies and often sucks the life out of my hair. To protect and nourish my locks, I use Jojoba oil. Its easily abosorbed and contains antibacterial properties to strengthen and moisturize from within. Aside from all its amazing benefits, this carrier oil mixes beautifully with essential oils. As a conditioner, jojoba oil helps add shine, elasticity and softness while adding volume, thickness and body. Experience the diversity of earths natural resources and feel the difference in YOU! ☀️🌱 @rebekahletch 🦋
Movement is good for you. Moving hanging, twisting, squeezing, stretching encourages all of the body’s natural processes to work more efficiently, making you feel better.
When you’re feeling down, sweat it out. Don’t sit around and feel sorry for yourself. Everything feels better when you move!
Type ‘Yeah Baby!’ if you agree!!!
NEW CHAPTER/ I’ve been anxious and nervous lately if I can be honest. We are moving about an hour south of Boston by the end of the month and I have been getting in my own way trying to come up with excuses for why maybe it is a bad idea.
Everything we had here is familiar and it’s where we started our family.
I wasn’t entirely ready to give that all up.
Then, about a week ago, I started listening to @melrobbinslive new audio book #kickass . It feels more like a talk show where People sit down with Mel, explain their problems weather it be relationships, work or health problems. You get to listen to their live counseling sessions and Mel has this way of talking. It’s tough love form of giving advice but it really works to help people get unstuck.
So I took and used the following tip she gives. “If you feel that’s you are ready for a new change in your life. Identify the old chapter and all of its characteristics that it involves and then identify the new chapter with all of its characteristics as well”.
So I went at it :
The old Chapter I call it “The family Start up”, finding myself as a new mom, stay at home to take care of my kid’s, finding balance with all being a mom involves without losing myself in it (that’s where yoga came in 😉).
The New chapter I call “The family Glow up” (which I took from her book, but it fits so why not ?) it’s about development, growth as a family and myself Glowing while at it, trying new things, explore this new area we will live in, connecting with a new yoga community and so much more to discover.
After re-reading all this it became so clear that we were in fact making the right move.
Here is to “Glowing up” 🥂 and thanks @melrobbinslive for the content you share 🙏 . •
Yogi’s choice for day 7 of #YogaMakesMeFeel . I chose my favorite pose Upavistha Konasana B because it always makes me grin and laugh. I am still filled with joy at the ability to just hover like this. It took me months to acquire the ability and I’ve had a silly grin ever since! :) .

This is the last day of this fun and thoughtful challenge. Thank you to the hosts for all your efforts in conducting the challenge and for your comments. Thank you to the sponsors for supporting our yoga journeys! .
Host’s notes: (July 11-17) Do you usually feel better after your yoga practice? Does it change how you think, feel and maybe also act? 🌟💫🌟 For these 7 days we want to focus on how yoga makes us feel, how it influences our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. Get to know yourself and your yoga practice a little bit better. Let's make these 7 days our very own yoga practice. ❤️ . This challenge is open for all levels - You get to choose your poses. It's all about the inner quality of the poses not the poses themselves. Let's dedicate our yoga practice to what it really is: an inward practice. 💫🌟💫 . .

If you are working on #pegionpose try the version on the right side first to get a nice warm up.
The version on the right can also be safely done for people with knee or back issues.
It gives you the similar opening and stretch without so much effort and in a safer way.
Whichever version you practice, make sure you listen to your body and stay safe.
It’s a beautiful morning 🌞 I’m on my patio drinking coffee and doing my thing before I get my day started.

Just blessed 💦
Cleansed and renewed by the sweet, fresh holy water of the Tirta Pabersihan natural spring at the base of this magical sea temple 🔱
The priests then completed the blessing ritual by anointing my third eye with rice and tucking a yellow blossom behind my left ear 🌸💛
