Today was a sweaty one! 5 miles ran and 20 minutes les mills barre workout! (So much harder than it looks, 20 minutes is all I could take! Ending this week on over 100 fitpoints, let’s hope tomorrow weigh day is kind 🙏🏻 I have done all I can!
BUT....it was on plan...I had all my weeklies plus some roll overs so it’s all tracked so hopefully it hasn’t ruined all my hard work. And I did a big walk after, no point being upset, it’s done, I have been so strict all week and I have done so much exercise so let’s just focus on the next meal!
So that’s two weeks back on track with no major hiccups (even Friday’s food was all tracked!). If anyone’s interested - I’ve decided not to weigh myself at the moment. I know I’ve put some weight on because my clothes are tighter (or don’t fit 🤦🏻♀️) so I’ve taken my measurements and that will do me for now. Annoyed! 😠 went to cook an omelette and the whole thing just burnt to the pan it was inedible 😩 so what was going to be a really low smart points breakfast is now a high one as I have no more eggs! I rustled up 30g grapenuts, a strawberry yogurt (4sp just for that 😢) and a weight watchers toffee bar for a Sunday treat, 10 sp in total. I knew coming back to my parents this weekend would be difficult as I don’t have the food I would do in my home, so I won’t beat myself up about it 😌
