The Lord has taught me a lot this past week. What I learned was not to have expectations and trust him with tomorrow. You can easily get anxious and overwhelmed when your hit with unexpected trial that doesn’t seem to have an end date, but what’s so comforting about God is that his peace is so perfect.
Our timing is not his timing. We have to trust, pray and let go! 🙏🏼
Today I woke up sick for the first time since having little Kett. Feeling like death and trying to push forward... but on the other side of the rainbooowww you could win this rainbow necklace that the gorgeous @zanzaddy is wearing!! (See what I did there 😂😂) See previous post for details. Also comment if you have ways to push through the day for me?! Any remedies?!
#travel#viajaprimeroecuador#allyouneedisecuador
If you’ve never been to Barcelona, you’ve got to go. El Born, Barri Gothic, Gracia, Eixample. I’m glad someone moved to Barcelona so I could visit. I only got to stay a short time this time but the city was a welcome respite when I needed it most. 💛

The other night after hanging out with one of my best buds, I had the chance to go back and drive through a neighborhood I grew up in as a kid. I couldn’t help but to hop out of the car, walk the trail to the park I used to spend so much time at, passing by the houses of old friends who have shaped so much of who I am today. It’s so true that sometimes you can’t clearly see your future until you understand your past, and I just felt such an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for the people in my life! So hold on tight to those friendships, tell the people you love how much they mean to you, and take advantage of each day. Hope you all have a great day! 👋🏻
Me and my friend Jalal went to peshawar for attending a workshop in UET peshawar. unfortunately we miss that. We met our jigar💕 Danyal there, ate, had fun and enjoyed the journey of peshawar to nowshera from the bus roof. It was first experience of traveling on roof. #peshawar
I have to admit that today I was already thinking about how to spend this Christmas... 🎄🎅🏻 Is is too early? 😁 In my mind we will spend it somewhere in the north and in a nice cottage where we can chill by the fire (with maybe even some snow!) We will probably be looking after our friends’ dog too over Xmas so it’s gonna be fun 🐕🐕😊
« Oh oh oh
yeah yeah yeah
Oh oh oh
Il est tout pour moi
Je suis tout pour lui
Et ça durera
Toute notre vie
N'aimer qu'une fois
C'est encore possible aujourd'hui
Oui, oui, oui, oui !
Il a ses défauts
Et moi, j'ai les miens
Mais on fait ce qu'il faut
Et on s'entend bien
Uoh oh oh
yeah yeah yeah» 🧡 ~ Françoise Hardy 🎶

I normally don’t post many portraits or people here, but this trip to Tibet can be an exception.
For the past five days I’ve been exploring the main cities of Tibet (Lhasa and Shigatse), which hosts the biggest amount of monks in the country. We visited countless monasteries and all of them blew my mind - so much history, details, colors and unique people.
The story of Tibet is fascinating. A country moved by its religion that was invaded and taken by a powerful army in the 60’s, forced to lose its identity and cooperate with another government that mostly wanted to benefit from its economical potential.
Still, it’s possible to notice that everyone is happy in Tibet and their traditional lifestyle and devotion isn’t gone. And more than that, they all look hopeful of a brighter future for the country.
Thanks Tibet for showing me a part of the human being I had never seen before, I hope I can come back soon🙏🏻
