..."They say our ego is a mask, they say our ego is only an image, they say we hide our true self when we are pushed to our limit! For every lesson and conflict given in our outer life remains a mirror of the aspects we need to resolve in our inner life. It's easy to blame others for our inner suffering, but it's the only path that makes us reflect on the reactions of our unconscious, as that is the only thing in our life that we ever have the chance of being in control of! Now it is time to either keep decaying by repeating habits or expand by consciously cocreating a new pattern!
We are like the sun, no matter what is going on in someones life, just the fact we express our existance gives a shine of hope to those cast in darkness! If we are breathing our life still serves a higher purpose, we may forget life is a spectrum, we may forget our bliss when we feel suffering, we may forget our light when we only see darkness, but as they say the facts do not cease to exist just because we ignore them! Somewhere in this world a heart is missing passion, and you hold the key to filling that hollow with inspiration, by reaching out from the cave of our fears we discover our true fate and destiny, for another unwritten dream always awaits our presence!" ~Alistar Valadez...

Chakra - Third Eye and Crown
Labradorite protects and balances the aura. It is great for awakening one's own awareness of inner spirit, intuition and psychic abilities. It encourages patience, perserverance and an understanding of the inner knowing.

Background: A professionally settled person plus a mindfulness coach. Earns well. Divorced. Left the marriage for a better life. Comes from a rich family. Well loved by all. Is involved with creating sustainable social impact. Is in a relationship with a talented young man. They are compatible, share the same life goals and yet money has become an ugly issue.
Mentee: I am insecure about my relationship with him. I am afraid that he won't be able to look after me. He doesn't earn enough to sustain me and my needs.
Me. ....you recently sent a post about gratitude. You invited people to write what they were grateful for? Write about their blessings? Didn't you? ....it's one thing to play around with mindfulness and it's another to apply it to your life. You can play these gratitude and blessings mind games. But they don't actually work. Because ultimately you choose fear, convenience and short cuts.
You are educated, empowered and wise. You want the freedom for yourself but not for your partner. Your insecurity about money is your own problem. But you grab a man by his horns and involve him in it. If you are an individual and if you chose your freedom. Then walk that individuality all the way. Don't pick and chose like a damsel in distress.
You want a man who is liberal, romantic, has life goals, is smart, is different and yet you don't want to give him the time to come to his own maturity. He has to cut short his journey to be able provide you.
Take the responsibility of your own journey. Make your own money. It's different when kids are involved.
The mind games you play to 'secure your future' are the ones where you lose the man you fell in love with.
What in it for you?
What kind of games are you playing with the person you love? What validation do you give to your insecurities? How much of your own fear do you project on them and ask for their life to be adjusted accordingly?
The full moon 🌕 and the change of seasons 🍁🍂 are great opportunities to reflect on our lives. May tonight’s full moon and the beginning of autumn bring into your lives seeds of growth, opportunity, and abundance. May these seeds bloom effortlessly, bringing with them prosperity and purpose in our daily lives.
The Chariot has traditionally been read as a sign of luck or good fortune. We have armored ourselves with discipline, dedication, and other habits and tools we have picked up along the way. We shield ourselves from our own emotions so that we may conquer the task at hand without fear or distraction. We maintain control (or at least the appearance of it) over our hearts so that our head and hands may take the reigns and lead us to victory. But at what cost?
What armor do you wear to face the world? To face your peers? Your colleagues? Your family? What armor do you put on to face your most intimate relationships? What about your relationship with your self? Look closely and you will see that The Chariot is a victor who stands alone. The armor you have built around yourself was a necessary barrier of protection. You created it because you needed to protect yourself from those that would do you harm. You created it to reinvent yourself for those who doubted your true spirit. The armor you wear has served its purpose, it has brought you this far. But what about now that you are here? Are you ready to lower your shield, to dismantle the protective shells you have created, and just be? Be vulnerable in your relationships with others? In your relationship with yourself? This hard exterior does not have to define you. And while it may be necessary from time to time to take it up again, consider giving yourself a break and taking the opportunity to be soft with yourself, be soft with those who truly love and care for you. You do not always have to have it all together, and no one who matters will think any less of you if you let your struggles, flaws, imperfections be known.
What behaviors, coping mechanisms, defenses have you been wearing as armor? Are they still benefiting you? If not, it’s time to shed them. Give yourself a break, and give your truest self the opportunity to live and love and respond and react in ways that help you grow far beyond the successes that the Chariot is capable of bringing. Lighten your load emotionally, spiritually. Seek out people and places in which you are safe to be vulnerable. Allow your mind and body (cont. in comments 👇
It’s a human nature to seek answers to the unknown. Several thoughts find their abode in human mind. And when it comes to issues pertaining to relationships, the emotional quotient is at its peak. Just as a human body is rolled into mind and heart, a book that encompasses two most inseparable elements of life that is Relationships and Emotions is written by @sadhguru

Flipping gristly steaks,
cleaning toilets in between.
were for making poutine
while kids my age
were out learning how to be teens.
Aside from the normal hormones,
I had no idea what that meant.
I remember telling anyone who’d listen
that I just needed some sleep.
A reprieve from the pain.
My eyes had seen so much
for only being thirteen.
I’ll never forget the smell
of the bathroom,
that dirty men would just go in and pee,
all over the floor
and then come and sit down
to the steak that was inevitably overcooked.
I was barely alive
And thankful for the chance
To take my breaks
With a warm cup of tea
To soothe the aches and pains
In my heart and my brain.
Thanks for hiring me
I might as well have been
An illegal immigrant
But you gave me a way
To find an escape.
FULL • MOON • ARIES
Tonight’s full moon in Aries is a bold one. This full moon is also know as the Harvest or Corn moon. She is the first of the Fall Equinox which we welcomed on Saturday the 22nd. Aries is the first house of the zodiac and comes with the firey heat and excitement of creation. This is a great time to check that you are on track with your passions. If so, you could really blaze a trail this fall. If not, use this time to identify what you are passionate about. Bring your awareness to your inner fire. Does it need tending? Whichever it is be confidant and give yourself what you need. This will help you burn bright and remain energized. Aries asks us to learn our passions, and desires so we know best how to control our inner fire. Happy Full Moon in Aries everyone!!
