Macros are the same so.... it doesn’t matter #IIFYM right?
. In my opinion I don’t agree. BUT this is after a lot of trial and error with my own personal diet and finding what works for me! ❤️ I think everything has its place, and I DO HAVE PROTEIN POWDER too! Sweeteners and treats, but rarely. This is not me telling you not to have powders, just to be simply aware of food quality and make up 🤓🤓 . My own experience: I spent approximately a year and a half when I first started “fitness” having sweetened powders, protein bars, and all things artificial that I could “fit into my macros” - I have kept this account the whoooooole time so scroll down far enough and you’ll see them 😂 I spent this same year and a half feeling honestly gross, never really full (these foods are far less satiating for me), anxious, getting colds and flus more regularly, extremely irritable, moody and partially from hunger because I “fit in” these foods but they did not actually fill me. I would then binge my absolute guts out every weekend, feel worse than ever, and repeat. My skin suffered too. At first cutting out so much sweetened food was hard but now, eating too much is just as difficult as I feel so “YUCK”. I have no problem tracking macros and enjoy it too much tbh 😂 but I personally don’t do so to “fit in” treats because they just don’t agree with me, and when I did fill the majority of my diet with them my quality of life suffered. . Are you the same? Team treats or team “raw” treats? 😂😛 (raw treats are often more caloric dense but I digest this WAAAY better) ❤️ . Ps.... most of my clients ALL have treats day in day out, it’s all about finding what works best for you ❤️😉 Some of my closest fitfammers fast all day, have pizza and ice cream at night.. and they are happy out. 😁😉❤️🤓
