Alle guten Dinge sind dreizehn. Zum Abschluss dieser relativ langen Reihe über meine Top5 Supplemente, möchte ich heute das ganze mit einem kurzen 🔹Fazit abschließen. Gerade als Leistungssportler sind Supplemente wirklich eine tolle Sache. Je nach Sportart und Leistungsstand können sie tatsächlich einen ☝messbaren Effekt zur Folge haben. Grundvoraussetzung dafür, ist allerdings eine gewisse 🔹Trainingserfahrung und noch viel wichtiger der 🔹eiserne Wille. Denn das beste Supplement bringt nichts, wenn man die zusätzlichen 5 bis 10% Extra- Power nicht nutzt und einfach weiterhin mit angezogener Handbremse trainiert. Denn eines haben ⚠alle Supplemente dieser Reihe gemeinsam. Grundvoraussetzung für alle positiven Auswirkungen auf unseren Körper ist hartes und diszipliniertes Training. Das beste Creatin, Beta Alanin, Arginin oder Proteinpulver bringt nichts, wenn man im Training den ☝Reiz einfach nicht setzt. Keines dieser Supplemente baut durch den ⚠reinen Verzehr alleine Muskulatur auf. Und das gilt übrigens für alle Supplemente da draußen. Gäbe es hier ein Zaubermittel, wüssten wir das vermutlich alle, oder? 😆 Natürlich erhofft man sich jeden Tag, es taucht plötzlich ein Zaubermittel auf, dass die Sache einfacher und weniger anstrengend macht. ⚠Aber selbst illegale Substanzen machen es nicht leichter, ganz im Gegenteil, sogar noch wesentlich schwerer. Verliert also vor lauter Supplementen niemals den Fokus 😊 für die wirklich entscheidende Komponente, dass Training! 💪

Sound tricky? It doesn’t have to be! You just have to create a real and authentic relationship with your clients, and then work with information that is personal to them.⠀
Using this exact method with my last Company, FITzee Foods, I was able to get FITzee Foods into the biggest hospital chain in San Diego, Scripps Health. Scripps is MASSIVE, they have multiple hospital locations which means a large number of staff members and employees.⠀
I had the dream and the desire to bring my healthy prepared meals into the Scripps hospital organization. At the time, the hospital was providing inexpensive food choices to their employees for about $2, but it was soda, burgers and french fries, hardly healthy.⠀
Scripps also wanted to provide healthy meal alternatives to their employees, but it had to be at an affordable price. We just needed to figure out how to keep costs low for employees spread throughout thirteen locations.⠀
People were against us and believed that it wouldn’t work. I knew that it would work and so did the Head of HR and the Head of their wellness department, so we put our heads together to come up with a solution that would work for the employees and for those that thought it might not work.⠀
We ended using their employees benefit program, which subsidized the meal cost and kept the meals affordable at about $3 to $4 each. It was wildly successful!⠀
My point is, that it was their idea. I helped execute it, but it was the Head of the HR and the Head of Wellness who made things happen.⠀

I had no idea what I was going to make when I got home, but this was super easy and filling. I just used everything that I had prepped in the fridge and now I'm ready to relax the rest of the night.
#happyfriday I still get excited about Friday’s I don’t know what it is! Maybe it’s extra family! Being a #wahm and being able to create my own schedule has been a dream come true for me and my family! I wouldn’t have it any other way!
