КАК ИЗБЕЖАТЬ СРЫВОВ.

Перво-наперво нужно принять тот факт, что срывы бывают. И не воспринимать срыв, как трагедию! Ни в коем случае нельзя себя за это наказывать и обзывать "безвольной жиробасиной"! Запомните! ОТСТУПЛЕНИЕ ОТ ДИЕТЫ - ЭТО ЧАСТЬ ДИЕТЫ.

Вы не закончили диету, вы всего лишь поставили её на паузу. ❌Возможно одновременно с диетой вам пришлось задействовать свою силу воли по какому то другому поводу. Например, вы решили начать бегать по утрам, или бросить курить. Поймите, сила воли не безгранична! И срыв в этом случае будет совершенно закономерен. ❌Возможно в вашей жизни было стрессовых ситуаций больше, чем вы могли выдержать в условиях диеты. Потому что диета сама по себе это уже стресс! Поэтому старайтесь поберечь нервишки.. ❌Возможно слишком мало времени прошло с момента начала диеты, и вы попросту ещё не "втянулись", ваши старые пищевые привычки пока ещё дают о себе знать.
Это нормально.
Будьте терпеливы к себе! Вы ведь знаете, что на выработку новвх привычек нужно время, от 28 дней. Дайте себе это время! ❌Возможно вы слишком жестили, ограничения в пище были настолько жёсткими, что ваш организм заставил вас сделать паузу.
Спокойно пересмотрете свой рацион. Если вас "догнали" пироженки с шоколадками,  то скорее всего вы слишком урезали углеводы.
Позвольте себе свободный приём пищи раз в 1-2-3 недели. Если чувствуете,  что беляш вот вот "догонит" вас. Но купите самый-самый вкусный, возможно для этого придётся ехать на другой конец города в любимую Беляшную. Купите и съешьте С НАСЛАЖДЕНИЕМ, кайфуя от каждого кусочка... Без угрызений совести! Только наслаждение вкусом и ароматом. Разрешайте себе эти небольшие передышки. Ведь питанием тела функции пищи не ограничиваются. Пища нужна нам и для получения наслаждения. Так позвольте себе наслаждаться.  Иногда. 😄

Главное, чтобы в мозгу закрепилось "Я могу съесть всё,  что захочу!"
А не "Ну всё,  прощайте любимые беляшики навсегда! Теперь я на диете! Эх..." Подытожим.

And in keeping with the #meatlessmonday theme this cracker of a #recipe is entirely #plantbased 🌱 It draws on the fantastic #seasonal flavour of fennel, paired with sweet nuggets of #jackfruit , a sumptuously silky sweet potato tomato sauce AND a WHOLE LOAD of other hidden extras ✨ Oh & I’m using the incredibly antioxidant rich @gusto_nero black jasmine rice #macaroni which brings more than just #nutritious power to the party (it tastes AMAZING too 🤸🏻‍♀️).

.
{FENNEL & JACKFRUIT PASTA BAKE} Serves 3-4.
150g @gusto_nero macaroni.
1 tin @bionaorganic jackfruit.
1 small fennel bulb.
400ml passata.
1 medium sweet potato.
1 onion.
3 cloves garlic.
4tbsp nutritional yeast.
1tbsp dried oregano.
Black pepper.
Juice 1/2 lemon.
Fresh parsley & a crunchy salad to serve.

Preheat oven to 200C, lightly grease a dish with 🥥 oil.
Cube the sweet potato & steam until soft - 6-7 mins. Leave to cool then blend with the onion, garlic, seasoning, nutritional yeast, 🍋 & passata.
Cook #pasta as per packet instructions.
Finely slice the fennel, sauté in 1tsp coco oil for 4-5 mins until lightly caramelised. Drain the jackfruit, chop into 1cm pieces, toss through the fennel.
Mix pasta, sauce, fennel & jackfruit, transfer to your dish & bake for ~15 mins until golden. Serve with your salad & the chopped parsley.

This stir fried fresh mixed vegetables are cooked using extra virgin olive oil, and some fresh green coriander, green chilly and garlic paste.
Added some olives for extra flavor.
And of course my healthy dishes can never be finished without the slices of lemon 🍋. As we now try to keep the salt intake minimum so the green herbs 🌿 and lemon are the best added ingredients to substitute salt. 
They tasted so 😋 😋😋
