Skimmed yogurt, whipped with a bit of brown sugar, a pinch of sea salt, and some freshly ground black pepper.
Add some chunks of pineapple 🍍 and cucumbers 🥒 and this super easy healthy snack is all set to be served.

Today marks the last day of my six week 20 pound weight loss challenge. I joined the challenge for multiple reasons, but mainly to battle my anxiety and depression. And of course I wanted to lose weight and feel confident in my own skin. I knew 20 pound loss in such a short time would really tough on a person my size. So when I signed up I I knew I was forfeiting my $497, but it didn’t mean I wasn’t going to give it my all. I mean I still wanted to get my moneys worth. In the six weeks I was faced with numerous temptations and had a few injuries. My 3rd week I worked out in a sling and modified everything. I had opportunities to give up and get my money back, but I didn’t. I weighed in a day early yesterday because we’re on vacation today. I’m down 11 pounds 💪🏻 something I’m really proud of! First week was hard, second week was harder, third week was mentally challenging, fourth week I got into a routine, fifth week people started noticing how different I looked and week six I’m motivated to keep going.

I typically splurge on road trips. I would pack healthy snacks, but during our stops I would make bad choices. We would stop for burgers, buy chips and candy at gas stations and even drink soda 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not this time. I have a mini cooler of meals and snacks and I’m sticking too it! I’m still going to enjoy myself on vacation, but saving the treats for when we’re at Disneyland. I have my eye on the new Pixar Themed Foods. I hear there’s Carrot Cake and Lemon Flavored Churros 🤤😋

Jeśli chodzi o dania obiadowe, to chyba każdy ma swoje takie  ulubione połączenia smakowe które mógłby szamać na okrągło 🙈 u mnie takim połączeniem numer jeden są bataty + krewetki ❤ uwielbiam ❣ macie swoje takie ulubione połączenia obiadowe? 
A co do obiadku ➡️ pieczone kosteczki batata , krewetki cytrynowo ziołowe smażone z cukinią , kapucha kiszona (a raczej jej resztka 😅 ) i wioskowe pomidorki . 
Bataty pokrojone + ulubione przyprawy + sok z cytryny,  oliwa z oliwek (  @allnutrition.pl w sprayu jest genialna , wystarczy jedno psiknięcie )wszystko wymieszać i do lodòwki na noc . 
Krewetki smażone z cukinią też na odrobinie oliwy z oliwek ❤ 
Po takim obiadku mogę śmigać dalej 😊👣💃
Ps.to było czyszczenie lodówki w Milciowym wydaniu , bo przecież ten kawałek cukini musiałam gdzieś wepchnąć 😉 ale ja jestem warzywko żerca więc dla mnie to nie problem 🤗

Savioury Egg Muffins -
I came up with this recipe beacuse of everyday morning rush. I want something that easy and quick to eat but super healthy.  I’d discovered how to make miracle 50 calorie egg muffins that actually tasted fantastic. You can also bring it and eat anyware. It is also good for your kids lunch box.

Ingredients
1 – cooking spray
6 large – egg
1 cup – boiled  mix red rice and  quinoa
1/8 teaspoon – salt
1/8 teaspoon – black pepper, ground
1 medium – bell pepper, red
3/4 cup – spinach

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C/350F.

Spray 6 standard muffin holes with oil (I use 6 of my 12 hole muffin tin, NON STICK is best). Whisk eggs, salt and pepper. Stir through remaining ingredients.

Divide mixture between holes.

Bake 20 minutes or until the top is light golden and the centre springs back when touched.

Served immediately. Or allow to cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 - 4 days, or freezer for 3 months (defrost 2 minutes in the microwave or overnight in the fridge)

Feel free to sub the vegetables with other vegetables of choice, as long as they are not watery

Good morning sunshines! Happy Monday!!!! Today is a special day for me!! Today I begin my new program and I am very excited about! Haven’t take my pictures yet!!! Yesterday was a busy day and went to bed veryyy late, or should I say very early today! Haha well, anyway, I was checking my meal plan according to the program and it is said that if I want to loose 10 or mee pounds I have to go as it is shown, but because I don’t want to loose that much, I need to increase a little my portions, so here is an omelette with two eggs, usually have one egg every morning, but want to add mire protein, I just mixed them in a iwl with some garlic powder, salt, pepper and chopped tomato... on a pan, once is hot, spray coconut oil or the one you preferred, stir tour mix and wait just a minute or two, to add on the top chopped spinach, mushrooms and mozarella cheese.. wait another minute and flip it as a taco or empanada shape :) to get the heat all over the omelette.. serve and add avocado, tomato and sesame seeds for toppings... have p confess I couldn’t finish it 😬.. maybe after my workout I can add a little more! 🥄aggiungere al sobbollito 2 #carote tagliate a pezzi piccoli, far andare a fuoco medio fino circa a metà cottura, abbassare la fiamma e aggiungere 5/6 #pomodorinisecchi tagliati anch'essi a piacere, infine aggiungere 2 #zucchine tagliate a pezzi piccoli e finire la cottura. Aggiungere acqua se necessario, il sugo non deve seccarsi né attaccarsi 😉 🍽️ Versare nei piatti la quinoa e condire con il #sugo, infine versare un filo d' #olioextraverginedioliva a #crudo e gustare! 😋 ✨🎇 #bonappetit 🎆✨ N.B. 1) la quinoa non ha bisogno di essere scolata se il rapporto acqua:seme viene rispettato! 😉

САЛАТ С ОГУРЦОМ, РЕДИСКОЙ И ЯЙЦОМ.

Хорошая порция такого салатика вполне может заменить собой ужин.

Капусту шинкуем потоньше, солим и обжимаем немного, чтобы была помягче. Если капуста молоденькая, то обжимать не нужно. Нарезаем не слишком мелко редиску, огурец и отварые яйца. Мелко рубим зелень. Соединяем все в миске и заправляем соусом. Соус: нежирная сметана или йогурт без добавок, немного горчицы и лимонный сок 
Также в этот салатик можно добавить консервированную кукурузу.😋
