Sunday has really brought all the namaste 🙏🏻 I’m sitting here at my computer just taking it all in...reflecting on the things I’ve done, people I’ve spent time with, and thoughts I’ve had over the last few days

Freaking grateful.
What brings me joy: being with stunning human beings who think just as much of me that I do of them, laughing from my core, dancing like no one is watching, singing at the top of my lungs fully knowing I can’t carry a tune, knowing the closest people around me will go out of their way for me if needed, witnessing beautiful moments 
All things I need to do more often because this calm and peacefulness sitting with me today...that’s the stuff 👌🏼 What brings you DEEP, soul loving JOY?

Okay so this week will be my final week working as an Aupair. I'm so excited to be finished because when I move out and move IN with my boyfriend I will finally be able to have my own eating/workout routine. 
I'm definitely going to miss getting my steps in with my favourite little dog, but can't wait for this new change.

One of the best things about losing weight is that your clothes don't fit anymore. So this is me for the first time ever traveling with only one bathing suit. Everyday I changed spot or added a different bottom, top or even a bandana!!! I also went shopping twice but with these kids it was a big fail. Mom's life changed my priorities!!! 😍 😍

Depois que você reeducar sua mente, finalmente você vai aprender a viver bem e ser feliz. ❤️

So glad to be back on track with my Sunday meal prepping this week! I finally weighed myself after Greece, and am up 2.5kg from the weekend before I left. I am not going to pretend it isn’t difficult to see any kind of increase on the scales, but I am comfortable that I will be back to my lowest weight in no time! If anything, this has made me more determined to eat better and train harder to reach my goals! After returning to the gym this week I have been struggling with some serious DOMS, making it hard not only to train, but even to walk properly. Hoping that by tomorrow the pain will have lessened enough to allow me to train legs, as this past few days have been a struggle to find something to train which isn’t in serious pain 😂😂made this chicken pasta for dinners this week, using Vetta high protein low carb pasta, carrot, spinach, passata and chicken breast. Adding up to around 340 calories for each meal, I am hoping that increasing the volume of food I am eating after training will help to keep me fuller in the evening and reduce after dinner snacking. 50 kettlebell snatches
50 Goblet Squats
50 kettlebell strict press

I only have a 7.5kg kettlebell so increased the reps - no rest between!

My previously very tight linen trousers now look more like pyjamas!!! I actually thought these would fit me perfectly as they were so fitted and tight... so finding it difficult to remember how big I was but I know my thighs filled the legs from seam to seam and I used to get lines around my legs and  waist as they were so tight!

Before I started #crossfit My waist was just 1 cm below my bust (basically no definition I was a solid column)

But that doesn't take away the importance of working out. Exercise is important, it's not the key to weight loss, but it's the key to overall health. That I understand.

🏋️‍♂️I'll call my first attempt at working out a semi-failed one. I did adhere to it for over 6 months. I did manage to put on muscle, and gain strength. But I failed to keep it up. I burned out.

🏋️‍♂️It's been over a month since my last real workout session. I've had time to gather my thoughts, time to slowly get everything else in check. It's time to re-board the workout train. This time, I'm still pursuing a powerlifting goal, but going at a much slower, manageable pace.
