Do you know how much HARDER my mornings are when I don't plan ahead. 😣 I'm talking workout, kids activities, and actionable work items.

Maybe I make pushing play every morning easy, it's NOT.  But I have people to show up for ➡️ myself, my family, my accountability group ladies, you.

What am I teaching anyone if hard stopped me?! You got it, NOTHING! So I plan it all out so it's smooth(er) ⛵sailing and then I manage the road bumps.

Choosing a workout program 💪🏻 and nutrition plan well in advance (already planned for me)...shoes, socks, clothes, and even headband laid out... water full.

If you aren't willing to plan ahead you won't be willing to work for it.  It's not a quick fix, you'll be here a while, but you've got me with ya 😉 if you're willing to try.

Drink plenty of water: Keeping yourself well hydrated will help your body naturally flush some of the sugar out of the system.⠀

Exercise: It doesn’t have to be hard core activity, Ng said. Just move around or take a walk to help you burn energy faster. It’ll get the blood pumping and everything going again.⠀

Eat foods that are more stable forces of energy: Choose low-carb foods that contain fiber, protein and healthy fats. They’ll provide all-day energy, rather than quick bursts, to allow your body to adjust faster. Ng suggested snacks like peanut butter and apple slices, or hummus and veggie sticks. “Those kinds of foods that allow you to really even things out over hours are really good,” he said.⠀

Hoje foi dia de reavaliação no ginásio e passado um mês de treinos o veredicto foi:
O peso manteve-se igual mas a percentagem de massa gorda diminui e consequentemente a de massa magra aumentou.
A tensão arterial está muito melhor em comparação com a avaliação inicial.
 Os níveis de água também mantiveram-se os mesmos (ou seja continuam  baixos o que significa que tenho que beber muito mais água.
A minha Pt vai fazer umas adaptações ao meu plano de treino para aumentar um pouco a intensidade e para passar a ter mais rendimento. (Vou "morrer" um bocadinho 😥😵😵 mas não há de se nada 💪👊😉)

Все они определяются разными процентами доходности и рисков . Я же данным постом хочу затронуть такие , как инвестиции в самого себя . Это самый честный и самый доходный вид инвестиций . Они могут выражаться в разных областях : образование , обучение определенным навыкам или ремеслам и естественно , тело . А здесь равных нет физкультуре и спорту . Лично мне физра помогает посредством загрузки тела разгрузить мозг после утомительного дня . Выбор за каждым )”

After an attempt to workout my back, I realized I’m more injured than I thought. Road to recovery starts now. Guess it’s time to work on endurance and legs for a awhile. Chest, tricep and bicep strains. Giving it was my left side, got checked out and was told my heart is healthy so no need to worry about that. Just know I’ll be back and ready to destroy those weights. 🥦Increase muscle protein synthesis (1) and reduce the muscle protein breakdown caused by exercise.  It’s a win win situation all around!!😁

With the holidays soon upon us we all know that our resolve to make nutrition a priority will be challenged. The combination of abundant junk and increased business just makes things challenging. So let's share some ideas of easy meals that are healthy and don't take much time, hello each other out 😁. I love spaghetti squash because it's so easy, versatile, tastes great, and is good for me. I usually just cook kit in the microwave. I poke it with a fork several times. Then microwave 5 minutes. Once it's cool enough to touch or using a towel I cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Set both halves cut side down on a plate with a little water on it. Microwave another 15 minutes or so depending on size. You don't want to overcook. But once it's cooked and you run your for inside it, spaghetti strings will come out easily.

It's great with spaghetti sauce on top, mixed with pesto, or you can make it into a lasagna or casserole, even make it into taco bowls, just toss with EVOO and S&P, or whatever. Here I mixed in feta and sprinkled on fresh ground black pepper. It was amazing!!!! I like it with chicken. Sometimes I cook bite-sized chicken pieces in a pan with seasonings and put that with of the spaghetti squash. So yum!!!! What are your favorite quick, easy, healthy meals?

We both started this journey with the at home Insanity program....and we both thought we were going to die when we started!! 😳. But we both never gave up.  And we still haven’t given up.  And we refuse to ever give up again! 👊🏼. Because of these programs and this opportunity to help others, we’ve learned and grown and thrived.....and we know that giving up simply isn’t an option anymore....because we’re worth the effort!  And we know that you are too! .
So you aren’t too old!

You aren’t too out of shape!
You aren’t too broke!

The first program I thought, at 2 months postpartum, would be appropriate for starting to work out again after 2 babies and 2 years off 😂. He's got an awesone new program that instead of 60 minutes of cardio is only 20 minutes... with get this... a STEP.  If anyone can bring that back, it's this guy. Started out my week pretty productive. Even though yesterday was a technical rest day, I ended up taking leaves for three hours. when you find out you may be earning your third annual all inclusive vacation (cruise to the Bahamas)from your company for just doing what you love!!! yes I've earned this trip 2x before and had to forfeit both of them sooo this year when I re launched my coach biz I once again wasnt expecting to make the cut off! well I've been laser focused on creating momentum with my team and community so today to find out I am doing better than I thought was has me soooo on fire! I still havent earned it but now that its dangled in my face IM GOING FOR IT!!! . it's crazy cuz just the other day my mentor asked what reallly REALLY motivated me and I felt silly telling her that truthfully recognition like this is what gets me excited!! as well as the community and team trips!!! but like dude the thought of taking my family on a trip like this from my own hard work and hustle would mean the WORLD to me(I missed out TWICE ..I cant let that happen again!!) She suggested I plaster my vision board with all the trips I can earn this next year with my team and I was kind of bummed I thought this cruise was out of the question but today I got this news and immediately printed a pic to throw up there🙌🙌 I'm gonna make this happen !!

I don’t know about you, but the holidays (and the holiday food!!!!) are already in full swing for me!  In order to be able to enjoy all of my favorites I do a few things to ensure it doesn’t get out of hand:
1.  Make sure I’m drinking LOTS of water.  Even more than my usual!
2. Make sure I’m getting in my workout every day. Don’t let that mac & cheese or mashed potatoes end up just sticking on those things! 😉
3.  The days I’m not treating myself, I’ll keep my carbs to a minimum.  So yesterday we had a big Thanksgiving potluck with ALL the carbs, so for the next couple of days I won’t have any starchy carbs and I’ll even keep fruits to a minimum.  Most of my carbs will come from veggies.  Which leads to the next tip.
4. Go veggie heavy.  On these treat days you’ve probably gone veggie light....so bulk up your meals with veggies on the other days....they’ll help keep you full without doing more damage to the waistline 👍🏼
5.  Eat your lightest meal last.  People tend to have dinner as their biggest meal, but it helps me to keep it light at night - especially when I’m working to counteract the holiday goodness!

And last but not least....DO NOT beat yourself up and feel guilty!  Stressing about what you did or didn’t eat is no way to enjoy the holidays!! Enjoy it!  Just not every day for 2 months 😉. Balance y’all!  It’s really a thing!

Of course you don't see all but you have the essential ! 😜 📷 no1 is from my high school prom, so we're in summer 2011.. I was in a better shape 2-3 years earlier than that but the 4th year in Turkey is litteraly the hell a.k.a "university admission exams" so... it costed me lots of fat 😅 Then I came here in France to study, I was 17. Far away from my family, my friends, a new country etc.. No diet, no exercice at all, I gained more weights. 6 months later when my mom saw me for the first time, the first thing she said was "OMG ! What happened to you ? You look like a giant !" 😳 And I was like "um... hi mom !?" But she was right, even she was a bit harsh... It's been nearly 8 years now and I still remember that scene like it was yesterday😓 📷no2 is in summer 2015, I've lost 20kg after an alerte 🚨🚨insulin resistance🚨🚨 It scared me off like hell ! It was summer 2012 I guess.. I cut off carbs, sugar and all that shit. I started pilates and I did a lot of cardio. And I also managed to maintain my weight for a while. I was in a good shape and slowly, I lost those good habits and started to progressively gain weight again...
📷no3 is so from the summer 2017... I don't have much to say about it, last year was horrible, I struggled a lot with many things, I partied a lot, I drank a lot, I ate a lot and soooo dirty 😨 Obviously I kept gaining weight (you've already seen my photo on my before/after posts)... Then... I started my fitness journey with my super coach @esraeygmr in summer 2018 ...

It's been nearly 8 years now and I still remember that scene like it was yesterday😓 📷no2 is in summer 2015, I've lost 20kg after an alerte 🚨🚨insulin resistance🚨🚨 It scared me off like hell ! It was summer 2012 I guess.. I cut off carbs, sugar and all that shit. I started pilates and I did a lot of cardio. And I also managed to maintain my weight for a while. I was in a good shape and slowly, I lost those good habits and started to progressively gain weight again... 📷no3 is so from the summer 2017... I don't have much to say about it, last year was horrible, I struggled a lot with many things, I partied a lot, I drank a lot, I ate a lot and soooo dirty 😨 Obviously I kept gaining weight (you've already seen my photo on my before/after posts)... One thing I learned to have better control over last week was CRAVINGS.

I always recommend my challengers pick a program and follow it to a T because people need structure especially when they are starting off on their fitness journey! I am having a wild month! Stress level is a 10 out of 10 and for some reason variety is keeping me going right now. Luckily I’ve done hundreds of programs so I know what workouts I Iove so I am just doing what I love! I’m thankful I have an online library with thousands of options to choose from. Today I put #cardio on hold and used those good old weights, bands and slidders! Thank god for my Bootcamp and all of their support. They are why I keep going. Their messages of understanding and encouragement mean the world to me.
