When you don't have blocks, but still need to float those toes onto your wrists...🤷♀️(the floor it is, then!) I will say though, I found it WAY easier for me to hold the toe taps coming out of crow than I have with any other pose so far. Maybe this is my gateway to true toe taps and handstands?!
I put these pants on this morning and noticed the little dimples on my legs - and immediately thought omg how embarrassing! I can’t wear these out in public! And felt defeated that my legs weren’t toned the way they were 4 months ago 😞 BUT THEN, I stopped myself immediately and thought - I am growing a baby! My body has been through the craziest changes in just a few short months and it’s just begun. I have been sick. I have been down. And I have gotten back up and slowly found my way back to the things I love 🙌🏻💪🏻💜 I am proud to wear these pants in public. I’m proud to wear them home alone. I’m proud of this body and what it’s doing for my life and my growing family! 🌸

Who says healthy eating has to be boring? One of the most important things that has helped me continue to eat healthy over time is that I’ve found healthier variations of my favorite foods.
🥞 RECIPE 🥞
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 very ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash sea salt
2 cups rolled oats
🥞 PREP 🥞
1) Blend everything together until smooth
2) Make your pancakes! Each pancake is 1/4 cup of batter
3) Recipe makes about 8 pancakes. Top with berries and a tiny bit of maple syrup if you want.

I’m loving my new workout program! I’ve been forgetting to take photos though so I’m going to try to do better at documenting my journey! One day I’ll be able to lift this weight like I do a piece of cake.⠀
Instead of being jealous that my husband lost 1.5 million lbs in the time that it took me to lose .5lbs, I’ve decided to just keep working. My pace is not his pace. Besides, too much focus on another person’s journey stalls your own. Focus 👏🏾on 👏🏾 you, Boo. Focus. On. You.

I did my yoga flow this morning, easy stretch...nothing crazy. There are days when my body is screaming at me and the tension and pain is so much I get scared to workout. Then there are days like today. When my body was open, it felt light and rested.
I can't tell you how many times I've tried this pose, I hadn't even been able to flip my grip...until today...sorta cause it's not proper form...yet.
Every time I tried I had to push myself to keep trying. I failed over and over for years to grab that dang foot. But NOT TODAY!
This is more than just a pose it's a practice. I've practiced consistency and patience.
So just when you think you can't. When you think never or you won't...don't stop! Keep going keep working and don't be scared to get uncomfortable and try! Set a goal, plan your actions, show up daily and it will come!
To workout or not to workout??🤔 That is the daily question....amiright?!
I could go into a long rant about why you (we) should get it done today....
But, I'll save that nugget for another day😊
Do it for the pure fact that you are able to....

Finding the motivation to get up and workout is hard for me. Although when I have something cute and comfy half the battle is complete! Jumping into preschool like...
💙Today is the first day of 5️⃣ day preschool for these 2️⃣! Where has time gone? Their class is called “the younger 4️⃣s CRITTERS” which makes me smile, but how is it possible they are old enough to be in school with 4️⃣ year olds? 💙Twins are no joke, BUT they are a pure pleasure to be around. Sometimes I find myself just listening to them, observing them, soaking up all they have to offer.
Orientation was yesterday which consisted of an hour of a meeting for me and an hour of meeting the teacher for them. Where Max cried (no surprise there) , but apparently Leo just sat with him, rubbing his back, telling him it would be ok and mommy would be back soon. 😢 I mean, I can’t even. 💙I feel like I have 3️⃣ months worth of house chores that I’ll be able to accomplish this first week while they’re at school. I’m excited to have a little bit of freedom for a few hours. I may even sit and read a book or just enjoy the quiet. But I know I’m going to miss them and look forward to that 1:00 pm pick up where their laughter (and screams) will fill our home and my heart ♥️. .
