Try one of my 2 go-breathing exercises. They are super simple, uber effective & the best part is you can do them anywhere:
1️⃣breathe deep from the belly to the shoulders & exhale slowly from the shoulders until the belly reaches back to the spine.
2️⃣Breathe deeply from the belly to the shoulders, pause at the top, breathe in a little more then take an open mouth exhale sighing out ALL of the breathe.
