When do peoples’ opinions matter? When u allow them to! I take what my family, friends and clients say as constructive criticism and I take what they say very seriously as their opinion of me as a human being is very important. They know enough about me and care about me to make those judgements and formulate opinions based on what they know of me. Everyone else’s opinion doesn’t matter! When someone u don’t know has some unsolicited “constructive criticism” about U it’s actually just their own unhappiness or jealousy shining thru. These people aren’t happy with one or more aspects of their life. When ur running on all cylinders and ur making the income u need to sustain the lifestyle u want, when ur in a great relationship with ur partner, friends and family u could care less what anyone in the world is doing in their lives. Ur too busy living ur best life and cultivating the strong bonds u have and tending to and minding ur business. Think on that for a min and see if my humble opinion aligns with what you’ve experienced. Negative / unsuccessful people focus on everything / everyone else but their own issues. Happy and successful people focus on themselves... Which is what makes them so successful in the 1st place. Just some food for thought... It’s funny the things you hear post show! “Ooh you can eat whatever you want now” “Does this mean you can drink now? Yes let’s get drunk” “But you’re not prepping so why diet” ... These are a few of the things I’ve heard from people after this prep! Now yes I have had a cheat meal here and there! I have had copious amounts of cereal and I went a few days without tracking macros, but I haven’t forgotten my goals! My first goal is over! I wanted to compete with the best and I did that! I competed in the @wbff_aust and scored my goal of a top ten placing! 🙏🏾💪🏾😋 I accomplished that one and I met some amazing humans along the way who share my passion and drive to achieve their goals! I enjoyed every single moment of what I went through, the highs and the lows!! But...now we move on to the next goal! Which is listening to my amazing coach @joepitt_(he is the brains and muscle and I am somewhat the 1/8th of the beauty haha). Also whilst taking back the feedback from the amazing judges like @pauline_wbffaustralia, so I can bring a more impressive package to the stage next time! My next goal is a top 5 placing!! (Everyone wants that first place)😋 . . . . . For those who ask “this isn’t a diet” this is my lifestyle and I love way I live my life and the food I eat! I don’t have a want or need for alcoholic beverages, but that doesn’t mean I won’t come out for a good salsa dance! I’m back to doing what I love! I love all the people in my life who push me to strive for my goals, you know who you are. However if you’re someone who’s negative about my goals and someone who questions my choices, you’ll find yourself removed from my life as I don’t keep toxic people around l. Plain and simple! Anyways have an amazing night 😋♥️
