Morning! Today I have a little extra day off and I’m gonna use it to the fullest. Working on a few projects, enjoying time with Steve and ofcourse: GYM TIME. Super weird how going to the gym used to feel like such a chore and now it is something I really enjoy.

How is that possible you ask? I believe it is because of repetition. I made going to the gym a routine AND I surrounded myself with people who workout — on insta for example. The more you see/read/hear about something, the more you want it for yourself.

So surround yourself with people and things who advocate a healthy lifestyle as much as possible and eventually, you will start looking forward to working out, too. For now: just go 😉💪🏻

Men när träningen uteblir och dag 6 utan träning är ett faktum, då känns det i knoppen att den mår bäst av de där endorfinkickarna! Mina egna ord ekar, ”det finns alltid något sätt att träna på” så jag tänker iaf kliva ur sängen även denna dag! Och NEJ! Jag har inte semester, jag har aldrig ”semester”🤔

There was a time when I’d avoid any kind of resistance exercise or weights because I didn’t want to get big or bulky - I was a cardio girl. But then I used to wonder why I’d spend hours on the treadmill and cross trainer each week and see no results or progress 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Once I got clued up and last that madness and incorporated weights into my workouts, the results were immense! Ladies, lifting weights DOES NOT make you bulky! But it does help you to burn fat, shred your body and get stronger...and who doesn’t want that? 💪🏾

Day 2 of our Bootcamp is done and my back and biceps are spent! Rest day tomorrow - yes, Rest day on a Wednesday fam! This program is life! 👌🏾💯
