It's reported that a very large number of pregnant women experience severe heartburn in their 2nd & 3rd trimester. .
To help our preggie mama's get through this, ive put up a list of some tips that has helped me and other women cope:
1. Eat several small meals each day instead of three large ones.
2. Eat slowly.
3. Avoid fried, spicy, or rich (fatty) foods or any foods that seem to cause relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter and increase the risk of heartburn.
4. Drink less while eating. Drinking large amounts while eating may increase the risk of acid reflux and heartburn.
5. Don't lie down immediately after eating.
6. Keep the head of your bed higher than the foot of your bed. Or place pillows under your shoulders to help prevent stomach acids from rising into your esophagus

We have a tree! Now it’s just time to decorate it.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT CARE PRODUCTS FOR YOUR BABY'S SKIN IS THE FIRST STEP IN TAKING CARE OF YOUR CHILD'S HYGIENE. MUMMY MUST PREPARE THE BABY CARE PRODUCTS PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY BY SUFFICIENT TIME, AND TAKE CARE THAT THE CARE PRODUCTS ARE SPECIALLY MADE FOR THE CHILDREN.
Use a gentle soap and a fragrance-free moisturizer. In this way, moisturize and cleanse your baby's skin at the same time
And avoid soap that does not contain moisturizing substances because it may cause dryness of the skin and deprive her of natural oils.
Had a lovely day in London @hydeparkwinterwonderland.
Even though we didnt have Charlie there were lots of people there kids of all ages, on prams in reigns etc. I think we will bring Charlie next year just before his 3rd birthday when he will be a bit better walking around for longer.
I would reccomend some wellies or boots if your bringing little ones, there are floor coverings but there are small water puddles at the floor joints because of the wet weather, so little feet might get damp. Facilities wise there were plenty of nice clean toilets and baby changing facilities which was great. There's loads to entertain the kiddies including a circus tent with shows every 20 minutes, a snowman theatre, loads and rides lots and food and the @bavarianvillage for mulled wine for the mums and dads! We had a great day and everything was co tactless so no need to carry cash around or have to search for a cash machine.
Having trouble feeding your child some vegetables? Well, I am pretty sure you are not alone! We have thought of some interesting ways to get your child to eat some vegetables! 😋😋
You can try these different ways such as having a game when eating their vegetables! Like, letting them pretend that there is a monster coming his way. In order to scare the monster away, your child has to eat 5 pieces of broccoli! 🥦🦖
Or, you can involve your child in the food preparation process. For example, the next time you are out grocery shopping with your little one, let them pick/choose the vegetable they want! 🥝🥒🥦🥕🌽
Our first back carry with a woven wrap! I chose @wrapahula Sweetpea, as it’s such a lovely wrap to work with. Shame I got the sizing wrong. 🙈 Using a base+1 wrap for a base-2 carry wasn’t my best idea. 😂 The tails looked pretty though!

Cradle cap. Has your babe got it and your not sure of a safe way to help it along? Tried a few things that aren't working? I'm a big believer in leaving it for the first few months as babes head can be a sensitive area and it's no big deal to them. But once they are older an easy way to remove is by lathering some coconut oil onto the cradle cap and massage it in - leave it so soak in for a bit and then get a soft headlice comb and comb through. You'll see it come away easily, remember Not push too hard your just taking off the top layer and then you can repeat in a few days to get more and repeat until it has all come away. The longer you leave in the coconut oil the easier it will be to remove. Cradle cap can come back as well - my tot still has a little bit and it comes back every now and then - I find this is the easiest way to remove it, although with the tots curls it can be a rough time.
Sometimes when I need a Miracle, I look in my son’s eyes, and realize I’ve already created one.

Noah absolutely loves a good read! This is his fav book at the moment and he knows what’s coming with every page haha 🙊❤️ Quality reading time with your little one at this stage is super good for development and bonding ! Perfect indoor activity for these cold winter days.
Winter Tip ❄️ Get your hats and gloves ready as winters sneaking up on us. Make sure all the little people in your family are wrapped up warm. But not too warm!! It’s super important you don’t let your little one get too warm or too cold as both can make them poorly.
***GOING ABROAD*** Today has been a very stressful day but we have decided to book our first holiday abroad as a family... We are going to Lanzarote in February 2019😁. Sophia will be 6 months so lots of decisions to make about whether to introduce solids before or after the holiday, taking the pram, what to do about car seats, taking nappies and milk... aghhhh! However it’s gonna be amazing and hopefully will be the first of many 💕 I look forward to documenting my holiday.
Any tips for travelling abroad with a baby would be very much appreciated ❤️😁😘🥰 #holidays#holidaysasamummy#mummytips#mummyblog#baby#memories#blog#newmum#bossmummys
Tip of the day: if you have an office job, for every 2 hours you sit down do 10 min of walking around. Go make a brew, run up/down the stairs a few times. You feel sooo much better. Improves your attention to detail, gives you time away from screen and refreshes your thoughts and gives you a quick energy boost. Thank me later ✌🏼#mumtips
Are your little ones scared of fireworks or can't get to sleep with them going off? I have always found that having a fan on in their room helps drown out the noise and helps comfort them to sleep. Have the fan pointing away from them so they dont get cold though! #toptip#mumlife#mummytips#mumsofinstagram#mumhacks#fireworks

Breastfeeding in public has draw a lot of debate amongst us all.
If your a Breastfeeding mother there is bound to be a time when you may need to breastfeed your baby when you are out and about. You know the drill- hungry baby and feeling sore!
Sadly, when you breastfeed in public there is a high possibility that many people will stare or even voice their disapproval. This is the hardest thing to cope with when your tired, hurting and struggling with latching.
Main thing to remember is your not actually doing anything wrong, because it's actually against the law to stop a woman breastfeeding in public places. In England and Wales- your rights are protected by The Equality Act 2010.
So mummies carry on going, do not worry what other people think as it the most natural thing ever! All you are doing is feeding your baby!
✋🏼Dress clever- nursing tops and nursing bras
✋🏼Find the best place to sit and feed
✋🏼Use a muslin
✋🏼Most importantly be CONFIDENT!

I had to share this with the other mummies out there!
Arthur had really bad cradle cap, it literally covered the whole of his scalp and was a really thick crust. Another mum recommended @kokoso_baby happy scalp cream and wow... 3 weeks of using it and it's ALL GONE, I'm so impressed!! So, just a massive thank you to @kokoso_baby for creating this fantastic miracle cream 😍
