🙏Vitarka Mudra🙏 Literally means "gesture for discussion". The energy between the thumb and forefinger stimulates the mind to increase our ability to learn. The palm is facing outwards as though welcoming the energy of the outside world. The other three fingers are held straight up, which stimulates energy in the fingers. Ay su'dur, su da zihin. Su elementi bir yere odaklanamazsa başka şeye odaklanmak zorunda kalır. Bu yüzden zihni kontrol edemeyen hedeften hedefe koşar, bir karakterden sıkıldığında başka karakter yaratır. Sahip olduğu zihni dışardan göremeyen, ateşten eylemler çemberinde devinir durur. Sonludan oluşan bu kısır döngü zihne acı verir. Zihnin kendi eylemler silsilesinden çıkamaması aslında onun yaşarken ölmek hali olur, ateşten çembere sıkışmış akrebin kendini zehirlenmesi gibi...aklın öldüren zehir de zihnin kendi arzularıdır.
The moon is water and the water is the mind. If the water element can not stay focus on single object, it needs to /has to jump another one. That's why uncontrolled mind runs from one goal to another and creates new character while squeezed from very last one.
When modificated mind is not able to be viewed from outside, finds himself in the circle of action by fire. This endless viscous cycle suffers the mind.
The fact that the mind can not come out of its own actions is actually dying when it is alive, as the scorpion poisons itself when it is in the middle of fire circle. As posion of killing the intelligence is the desires of micromind.

Setu bandhasana sarvangasana;
Bridge yoga pose, known as setu bandhasana sarvangasana in Sanskrit, gives you a great butt by working, primarily, the gluteal muscles. This gentle back-bending pose also stretches the chest, neck, and spine to improve posture and increase flexibility in the upper back.
There are many bridge pose benefits, including improved alignment of the spine for better posture. Bridge yoga pose can, in particular, help correct hunching shoulders. Yoga setu bandhasana pose also strengthens and lengthens the back and shoulder muscles to reduce back pain. Because bridge yoga pose engages the pelvic floor, it can help treat or prevent incontinence in women.
Practitioners with a peptic or duodenal ulcer or with an abdominal hernia should not attempt sarvangasana for beginners. Women in the third trimester of pregnancy should not raise their hips higher than one foot in this pose.
Forward folds feel amazing after back bending. A seated forward fold, like prostration pose (naman pranamasana) or seated forward bend (paschimottanasana), is the perfect counterpose for sarvangasana for beginners
