Fantastic booty workout with resistance bands tonight! I’ve been using the medium weighted band for the last hour. I’m sweating buckets! I’m so excited for my body to develop over the next few months. I’ll show you all before and after pictures, and I tell you that what I see in the mirror is not how I imagined my body to ever be. Even after having a child and turning 30 this year, I still don’t fell like it’s personally acceptable to be unhealthy and let my body go. Now to go pour a glass of orange juice for recovery, it helps my muscles flush the lactic acid that causes sore muscles and fatigue. I feel fantastic the next day with minor soreness.
