Hey, morning folks! As I prepared to do my face this morning I figured I’d take a before and after shot of my anime akeup so you can see what difference it makes!
My routine is: Prime, Concealer on upper lip and under eyes, Liquid Foundation, Powder to set, Blush & Bronzer, Highlighter for the skin most of this is Nyx and Maxfactor. For my eyes I use a thin brow pencil to line in my eyebrows, and a black kohl pencil for my upper eyeline and lower outer eyeline. I use Nyx eyeshadow usually, and Maxfactor mascara. For my lips I use a 24 hour lip colour, the kind that comes with the second applicator of a gloss/sealer.
I’d post brands and names and go more in depth but I have to head off to work!
"Are you running away from who you used to be, because you were bullied?" "Was it your sister that inspired you to want to wake up as a girl when you were only 8 or 9 years old?"To answer both of these, no (and yes I am paraphrasing to fit the context in). When I get these questions from a family member after I mention anything transition related, 3-4 years after I come out, I think it's time that I just give up on hoping to be understood by them. Someone who doesn't go through the feelings of a trans person can never truly understand what we feel and deal with on a daily basis. Dysphoria, voice training, tucking, packing, binding. All of that is painful (both physically and mentally), and not to mention, emotionally taxing. Please, to anyone wanting to try to learn about trans people or empathize with us, do some research before asking questions that are potentially rude or triggering. It will save both parties the embarassment/anger/sadness. #pridemonth#pride#transisbeautiful#transwoman#mtf#transgender#transpride#educateyourself
