September is sepsis awareness month.
Sepsis is a medical emergency that affects approximately 1.7 million people in the U.S. each year. Sepsis occurs due to an abnormal inflammatory response to an infection that commonly begins in the lungs, urinary tract, skin, or gut. Poorly controlled chronic disease such as diabetes, advanced age, or slow treatment of an infection place you at an increased risk for complications such as sepsis. You should know the signs and symptoms to report to a healthcare provider immediately which include fever, shivering, cold and clammy skin, increased pain, shortness of breath, decreased urination, or abnormal confusion.
At Pioneer Healthcare, we are well prepared to care for your chronic or acute problems. We strive to give you the knowledge you need to be the healthiest you.

Oh my gosh guys, y’all helped raise over $179,000 for @jah4ww !!! Beyond grateful for ALL of you!!!!!!! I will keep you all posted as to when the issue comes out. I wish I could hug each one of you and thank you. I pray God blesses each one of you and also every business that gave of their time and goods. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🙏 The most important thing out of this entire contest was that lives of veterans and their families have been changed because of YOU all donating. #happyfridayeveryone 💋🌸 Wishing you all a great #labordayweekend ! . Whatever you do - think about the word- moderation. I don’t believe in denial or denying yourself of the things you enjoy . I believe in having fun 😄 , but not overindulging . Resting but not being lazy or sedentary . So , my #motto is enjoy yourself ,whilst consciously making #healthychoices re.food and doing some kind of exercise . U can still do the other things you love , but try to equal it out with the other good stuff, so that your #mindandbody retain some #balance . That’s all ! Enjoy yourselves . Life should be happy ! @anoukpascale 😎💪💕

Words cant express my gratitude enough, I wish I could have sent out a thank you card to each and every person who voted, shared, donated and helped spread my mission. There were thousands of people and it was impossible to keep track, please accept this as a sincere thank you! Please know that your support had a huge effect on me.
Who knew a contest would propel me to make so many other decisions? As always, my goal is to show others what the pursuit to strength can do for their quality of life.
Xoxo 💕 #mshealthandfitness2018#thankyou
As an update to those of you who were following my @MsHealthandFitness posts for the past few months, my goal was to bring awareness as well as hopes to win the prize money to donate towards local schools in need in Peru. I am still happy to continue my project in collecting donations or donated sports items as well as donate english and spanish books for a Library they don’t even have at this time but would like to create a reading area for them. This is just one example of many schools in need here. If anyone is interested in more info, please feel free to contact me directly.
The school currently has 1 a room for P.E, 3 volleyball balls, 1 net, a few plastic cones, 1 chess table to use for the P.E. time. The school has requested a list of what they are in need of which includes mats, stools or chairs, balls for basquetbol, soccer, materials for atlethism, equipment for balance, hoola hoops. A canopy to cover the concrete play area to protect children from the UV sun rays as well as rain.
The kids range between 6 to 11 years old (First to Sixth Grade Nuestra Señora del Pilar Elementary in Ticapampa Province-104 students) Hoping to make a difference! ❤️🙏🏻#helpingothersfirst#kidsinneed#fitnessmotivation#peru#mshealthandfitness2018#beingarolemodelforotherstofollow#fitnessperu#makingadifference#schoolsinneed#faith#momswhoinspire#momsfitnessjourney
