Only a 9lb increase from her show. All her lifts are improving, her mood is fantastic, energy levels are sky high and she’s HAPPY with how she looks.
I really appreciate when a client handles their #ReverseDiet like a professional. It says a lot about the athlete and their character. Too many times we see competitors go off the rails and experience immense weight gain post show which leads them to bashing the sport.
The sport isn’t the issue, your discipline is ! When things are done properly w/ both dieting and reverse dieting, you will have minimal to zero issues.
