Un bellissimo allenamento organizzato all'ultimo secondo con @xplorepk in giro per Rimini.
1a. Bellissimi spot qua sulla riviera. Questa run ha richiesto più di una prova e lo schiaffo al muro dopo il front é stata un idea che ci è venuta qualche secondo prima di riprendere ( in realtà doveva essere un Dash) il running di @seetpk richiedeva una grande concentrazione per non volare nel buco dopo.
1.b Altro super spot a distanza di pochi metri dal primo, l'obiettivo finale sarebbe di fare tutto con la metà dei passi ma sarà per un altro giorno... Ero stanco.

Whilst it’s very easy to have a ‘fuck it, I could die tomorrow’ attitude to how you live, remember we are likely to live longer than the generations before us. Regular exercise, plenty of movement, plus a healthy diet could mean the last 10 years of your life aren’t spent stuck in a chair or hooked to a machine. Often we’re reactive to problems, so only address change once the problem has occurred. Come experience 3 hours of practice of movement and take an excusive MOVA lesson with explanatory videos.
🔹️ 2 hours of movement class with the bases to move with quality and longevity, which consists of practices of re-education of movement, remodeling of fascias and integrality of movement in elements of strength, flexibility, FLOW and the essential bases of the handstand . There will be 2 hours of challenging and nourishing movements for you to continue your journey of movement.
🔹️ The last hour practice will be devoted to an intensive practice, stoning, corrections and tips to develop the best handstand.
🔹️ In addition to experiencing Mova for 3 hours, each student will receive a video lesson to continue their MOVA practices wherever they are.

Walter Benjamin finally has a passage named after him in Paris.
The passages in Paris is a cornerstone in Walter Benjamin's studies in Paris as metropol in the 19th century. Now he has finally got a passage named after him in the city of cities, Passage Walter Benjamin. His work about the passages was published after his death in several languages in the so-called Passage- or Arcade-project.
The entire metropolis was on the move in the radical changes in the streets, the so-called passage or arcade, which allowed the individual consumer to window shop, Walter Benjamin claimed. The thin iron constructions and glass were new materials that gave a very different and an overwhelming almost heavenly, religious light from the roofs and side windows. Department stores and wide sidewalks with electric lighting were made, which enabled the consumer to see and to buy night and day. Trade and traffic became separated.
The mobile gaze was not only associated with a number of new media, which was also attached a new human type, the flaneur and the most of all the flaneuse (cf. Ann Friedberg). This was the first time women were allowed to be and walk in the city to window shop and to be reflected in the windows and shiny surfaces of the bug city. Electricity - and thus steam engine - was a preset for many of today's motion media and contained in its synonymous designation the opening for a different approach to time and a new sensibility for space. The electricity could furthermore produce light, which is also on closer inspection proved to move because it is composed of light-waves, and the electric light gave possibilities to move despite time.
The connection between vision, experience, movement, space and time are in all respects transformed radically through the first mechanical industrialization. Walter Benjamin was the first to stress this so profoundly. Something else was also changed noticeably in the conversion: For many centuries, science, technology and aesthetics have been segregated areas, they were now integrated into each other in a never before seen level.
