Here are 4 GREAT Shoulder strengthening exercises that are sure to challenge your shoulders! During these movements, really emphasize protraction at the scapula by making sure to get that extra push at the end of your push-up. Closed-chain exercises like these will target the rotator cuff muscles to help stabilize the gleno-humeral joint.

Your Week 4 Champion: Assisted Dips! 💯
There's not really a 'common' way to incorrectly do this exercise, so I've picked the one that always makes me feel a bit 🤢
When your elbows start to flare out sideways like in the first video, you tend to bring in the Upper Traps a bit TOO much 🙅♀️
Performing the exercise this way will also limit your Range Of Motion, both of these factors together means you won't feel the Triceps until MAYBE your third set.. 🤷♂️
CORRECT FORM 👨🏫
1. Elbows come straight back in line with shoulder.
2. Remain upright* (a slight tilt is fine)
3. Go as low as you can, as long as Shoulder is not below your elbow**
4. Press back up to starting position, repeat. 😎 *There are variations of this Dip where you can Tilt to target the chest, I am demonstrating abasic dip, how to work your Triceps.
**This is my personal preference and also instruct my client to not go below this point as I believe it exposes the shoulder joint too much.
***I'm also aware in the second 'correct form' video I'm over developed on one side, the singlet doesnt help hide it well. 😘

Backbend: stretches the hip flexors; opens up the shoulders and chest; builds strength and power in the legs, arms and back muscles; improves posture and can help to alleviate neck and back pain. Working on getting my legs and arms directly underneath me to create more of an arch. 💕 What’s your favourite yoga pose?

30 days of dancing and I feel FREE. Free to move my body without hesitation, restrictions, judgment. Whether I'm dancing in my living room by myself or on Instagram.
I know not everyone feels this way and that's why I'm sharing my experience. I didn't always say "f*** it" and just expose myself in this real, honest, authentic way.
Maybe you don't want to, and that's cool ✌️, BUT if there is ANY part of you that is bursting at the seams to be expressed, my advice to you would be to "shake it like a Polaroid picture".
