A few fun facts: the difference between 1st and 2nd place in the Boston marathon was less than 2 seconds, the difference between water boiling and not is 1 degree, the Masters was won by 1 strike. Go that extra mile for yourself! How do you start? Define 1 goal, identify why it’s important to YOU, write down 2-3 actions that you will do to meet your goal and then get started!!! If your goal is fitness, start by jumping a little higher, punching a little harder, squatting a little lower-it will make a difference!! Make every move count, for YOU!! What’s your goal?
