It’s Monday. So what?! You know what Monday is for me? It’s the first day of a new week at a job where I make a difference. It’s the day that I help my staff excel.
Today, Monday, is the beginning it Korte 3x3 week 4..the last volume week before moving into 4 weeks of the final meet prep for the USPA NYS Drug Tested Championships. I can’t wait for Monday’s. Mondays take me to the next step of prep!

Life is short. And I mean really short. Just a blink of an eye, you are already probably half way there. So given the fact that you have one week to live, how would you live your life differently?
I would spend my time doing charity and helping the less fortunate, be kind to people, spend more time with your loved ones, indulge in things that I’m immensely passionate like fitness etc. You get the point.
But we don’t have to wait for such circumstances to happen in order to live a happier and fulfilling life. Tony Robbins once said “No matter what happens in your life, you’re going to live in a BEAUTIFUL STATE”. A beautiful state means you’re gonna happy, creative, feel loved, gonna be passionate etc (No suffering and being miserable). To be happy and fulfilled, you gotta stop comparing yourself with others (e.g why are my friends and peers making more money), you gotta stop being overly obsessed with yourself (e.g it’s because of you, I didn’t get promoted) and you gotta stop expecting and start giving (e.g if I do this for you, you should do this for me). #lifeisshort#lifeisshortenjoyit#happylife#tonyrobbinsquotes#tonyrobbins#howtobehappy#fulfilment#happy#liveahappylife#motivateyourself

You may not get the encouragement you're hoping for because people don't see or know where you're going...but please do not be offended by them its because they do not see the big picture and all the breaks God has put on your way just to teach you one thing or the other
Seriously speaking you don't either because you're simply trusting God and stepping into each level as it unfolds
God is the one who stands by you even when you don't even know what you stand for
He's the one who picks you up when you fall and feel like there's no point getting up ..
Create an atmosphere of praise and thanksgiving around you this week... It has a way of motivating you

I've watered myself down, dialed back several notches, and dimmed my light before. Why? Mostly because of fear. Fear of making other people uncomfortable, fear of being accepted exactly as I am, and fear of how bright I know my light can be. You know what? It's actually foolish and disrespectful to the Creator to do that. And it doesn't do a thing for me either. Let's make sure, we give the 100 proof version. You with me?
To ensure that students get the proper academic challenge to stimulate their desire to work in school, here are five techniques:
1) Give them challenges: Instead of solving 20 problems, ask them to solve one in five different ways.
2) Provide choice: If a test normally has 25 items, create a test with 30 and allow students to ignore five.
3) Provide feedback that is accurate, specific, and designed to improve performance.
4) Boost students’ confidence: Help them to feel competent and significant.
