I found this on my phone this morning from my middle. She is such a creative. It is so exciting to see her really be able to nurture this. I could see when she was in the classroom that it was really dulling that part of her and I can’t tell you how happy that after pulling her from the conventional classroom to homeschool it has returned. She knows I am creating this place to share with others and I guess this is her way to say “hey mom I’m proud of this”. She has #dyslexia and spelling and reading is a challenge but she doesn’t let it stop her and she is getting better. Working hard with her this year with the focus still being letter sounds and spelling. Also #adhd affects her working memory so just memorizing words doesn’t work. Here is her poem translated “something can be lost, but if it’s someone it can be found, can you see me, or are you not a seer nor a giver, if I were rich I would give it too the needy”. My 17 year old daughter forwarded this to me on ig. I’m in #Italy , she’s in #Spain but it makes me proud that she feels this way. To all you other #singlemums#singlemoms out there I hope that as well as being there for your children you manage also to find time for you. I think this is what we mamas all struggle with most. The last 5 years as a single mum has been my greatest achievement and I’m proud of myself for everything that I’ve achieved. I’m especially proud of how my son, 24years & daughter have adapted from living in a big house with a fancy car & holidays. Our home may not be huge anymore but it’s filled with love.
Love, quality time together, to feel safe and heard are really the only things that our children need and cost nothing. 💕
I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together.

Today is my daughter's 6th birthday.. she is my second and last born.
So, she is the baby, and that makes these days a little bit tough for me.
Although, I do think birthdays can be a good reminder of the changes we go through in 365 days while we have lived another year.
And since it's my daughter's birthday, I love to reflect on her accomplishments and growth as well.. because her growth rate is a whole lot faster then mine, she has expectedly changed a lot in the last year.
Growth is good! For everyone, of all ages - we don't ever stop learning and changing.
It is so necessary! It can't be stopped or controlled - it becomes a beautiful part of life when you just let go and accept it.
Take the time to reflect and review your life - any day of the year, but especially on birthdays.
Track how far you have come, what you have accomplished(no matter how small), what you have experienced; what has changed and how do you feel about all of it?
Today I will shower my daughter with all of the love she deserves, and more.
I will ask her how she feels;
I will make sure she knows how special she is, how smart she is, and how incredibly loved she is.
This girl of mine is the Fire 🔥 (Leo) to my Water 🌊(Cancer).
She is my greatest teacher in life.
《I amped the colour up in this photo my Dad took - because today feels like a bright day full of bright colour 💜》
My mother is a woman like no other,she gave me life, nurtured me,taught me,dressed me,hug me, kiss me,fights for me, shouted at me most importantly loved me unconditionally 🤗🤩😍
