9 For it is expedient that an #atonement should be made; for according to the great plan of the #Eternal God there must be an atonement made, or else all #mankind must unavoidably perish; yea, all are hardened; yea, all are #fallen and are #lost , and must perish except it be through the atonement which it is expedient should be made.⠀
10 For it is expedient that there should be a great and last #sacrifice ; yea, not a sacrifice of man, neither of beast, neither of any manner of fowl; for it shall not be a human sacrifice; but it must be an infinite and eternal sacrifice.⠀
11 Now there is not any man that can sacrifice his own blood which will #atone for the #sins of another. Now, if a man murdereth, behold will our law, which is just, take the life of his brother? I say unto you, Nay.⠀
12 But the law requireth the life of him who hath murdered; therefore there can be nothing which is short of an infinite atonement which will suffice for the sins of the world.⠀
13 Therefore, it is expedient that there should be a great and last sacrifice, and then shall there be, or it is expedient there should be, a stop to the shedding of blood; then shall the law of #Moses be #fulfilled ; yea, it shall be all fulfilled, every jot and tittle, and none shall have passed away.⠀
14 And behold, this is the whole meaning of the law, every whit pointing to that great and last sacrifice; and that great and last sacrifice will be the #Son of God, yea, #infinite and eternal. - Alma 34:9-14⠀

He’s not concerned with our skill set, or how good we are at talking. He isn’t taking a risk out our ability, He is asking to allow Him to use HIS ability through us. All that He wants is a “yes” and a willing heart. He doesn’t want us to worry about anything. He isn’t asking us to figure it all out, He is asking us to trust. To say “yes” and trust Him. He will handle the rest. " - Charity Hawkins

So #Moses gets the 10 commandments from god. One of those commandments says THOU SHALT NOT KILL. Moses goes down a mountain with these 2 stone tablets and has 3,000 of his own people killed.. REALLY B?
All because they were having a party without him.. They had no idea what Moses new god laws was going to be.. Isn't religion fun? Only deceivers asks u to believe lies or fry.. 27Then he said to them, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘Each man strap a sword to his side. Go back and forth through the camp from one end to the other, each killing his brother and friend and neighbor.’ ” 28The Levites did as Moses commanded, and that day about three thousand of the people died. 29Then Moses said, “You have been set apart to the Lord today, for you were against your own sons and brothers, and he has blessed you this day.” 30The next day Moses said to the people, “You have committed a great sin. But now I will go up to the Lord; perhaps I can make atonement for your sin.” 31So Moses went back to the Lord and said, “Oh, what a great sin these people have committed! They have made themselves gods of gold. 32But now, please forgive their sin—but if not, then blot me out of the book you have written.” 33The Lord replied to Moses, “Whoever has sinned against me I will blot out of my book. 34Now go, lead the people to the place I spoke of, and my angel will go before you. However, when the time comes for me to punish, I will punish them for their sin.” 35And the Lord struck the people with a plague because of what they did with the calf Aaron had made. ◄ Exodus 32 ►
When we do it our way rather than God’s way, it can easily become a PATTERN OF DENIAL. We don’t realize we are DENYING what God has said He will do by taking matters into our own hands (see 2 Timothy 3:1-5). #Moses
