In video una variante che mi piace molto .. SUMO SQUAT CON MANUBRIO , ottimo esercizio di tecnica per far lavorare il gluteo e l’interno coscia ..
•I piedi sono extraruotati
•il petto in fuori •Movimento sempre controllato •Scendi bene sotto al parallelo •Contrai i glutei e spingi verso l’alto nella risalita •Le ginocchia in linea con la punta dei piedi •Controlla le ginocchia che tenteranno a ‘chiudersi’ ma dovrai tenerle aperte spingendole verso fuori ..
Sembra facile ma non è 😉

Good morning, stretchy stretchy Monday. My hips and hamstrings were feeling super tight this morning, so these 3 stretches opened them up and felt blinkin loverly. .
It’s crazy how much stretching each morning can make you feel much much better. .

My true love gave to me... “5 Squats a Curtsying” 🎁 Join us each day, for our 12 days of Christmas 🎄 Each day we are adding another exercise so over the 12 days it’s gets a little cheekier 🙊
So here’s what wrapped up in the the first 5 days.... 1 Burpee ...
2 Lunges a leaping
3 Press ups a plenty
4 Down dogs a dinging
5 Squats a Curtsying (baby optional)
