When I first wake up in the morning I don’t reach for a cup of coffee to wake me up I reach for my phone (and I bet I’m not alone). I found myself reading other people’s inspirational posts or how they had already gotten their workouts done and it was making me feel...let’s just say, less than great about myself. I don’t think I actually put two and two together that the things I was seeing on social media were making me feel this way until I heard a podcast featuring Julie Solomon, she said “we must create before we consume” or else we will find ourselves comparing our work before it’s even created. YES! That was it! So for the past week I have not reached for my phone, I have gotten my workouts in, I have reached for that coffee ☕️, I have made my to do list, wrote down my daily gratifications, created a post and then, then my friends I get to scroll 😊.
🙌Rise and shine⛅
Early morning #cardio has been proven to be more effective and beneficial for a number of reasons; increased #productivity and #focus during the day, increased fat burning results and improved Neuro-chemical (brain) #health , to name a few plus you get to catch beautiful #morningsunrises .
I started off my #mondaymorning with a 15min #HIIT session on the watt bike and then ended off with 3 sets of lunges over 50m immediately afterwards.
Let's get this day started.
Love the feeling of the early morning vibe! It's easy to forget what a gift life is! Sometimes you need to be still and observe what this life has to offer! So grateful for my family...their health and having another day to feel and live life with incredible health...in who I am and what I am becoming through my journey...to live my passion of helping others live their greatness... and have the opportunity to design the life I desire🙌🏼 I’m forever #grateful 🙌🏼
