Good Morning ☀️ Finishing the other half of my morning coffee. Woke up feeling a little sick, I think I just needed a little more sleep which I got and I feel better. Feeling very Blessed and grateful for the doors that are opening in my life.

Get ready for the quickest breakfast recipe:
That only takes a few minutes to prep the night before and is ✔️ FULL of healthy and high fiber, satiating ingredients.. LOW in sugar, is deliciously satisfying and of course, perfect for fall 🍂 .
I N G R E D I E N T S 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk 3/4 cup pumpkin puree 1 tbsp honey OR maple syrup (you can opt for stevia drops if you want NO sugar) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup chia seeds
D I R E C T I O N S
—> in a mixing bowl, add almond milk, spices, vanilla, pumpkin, sweetener & whisk until combined thoroughly 🥣
—> pour mixture into a glass mason jar (with lid) and add chia seeds & tighten lid
—> place in fridge and allow to chill for 2 hours minimum, or leave overnight
& enjoy in the morning for a quick and yummy high fiber breakfast 😋
