Does Vikaas Moringa give you Energy? The answer is "YES"! When taking Vikaas Moringa it provides a noticeable energy boost within a few minutes. At the same time Vikaas Moringa can fact support restful sleep when taken before going to bed. So how does it do it?
The first thing to note is that Vikaas Moringa is caffeine free. The energy boost we experience therefore feels different than for example after a cup of coffee. Caffeine will stimulate our mind and make us hyper and energized to the point were we may even feel jittery. Vikaas Moringa on the other hand will increase your focus and concentration levels. You will feel energized, but at the same time not like you have to use all your energy at once. It’s like being well rested. Being well-rested helps you keep your energy levels up and one can also concentrate better, but it does not make you run around hyper.
The secret to Vikaas Moringa’s energy boost can be found in its unique combination of nutrients, in particular the combination of B vitamins, as well as a high amount of magnesium and potassium. Vitamin B greatly increases the absorption of magnesium and potassium in your body. This results in muscle relaxation, relief from anxiety, depression and headaches. Helping our mind reach a better state of relaxation helps us to focus and concentrate better. At the same time the high amount of Vitamin B1 present helps convert sugar into energy, giving us a boost!
We should also not forget the abundance of other nutrients present, such as antioxidants and other vitamins. These all greatly contribute to our well-being and therefore naturally also to our energy levels.
As Vikaas Moringa does not stimulate our mind and does not contain any sugar of its own, but only helps convert the sugar already present to energy, it will not keep us awake when taken before going to bed. To the contrary, Vikaas Moringa’s ability to help promote muscle relaxation and relieve stress means that it can greatly help achieve more restful sleep.
Okay. So I love to Support Muslim and Black owned businesses. And unapologetically so. However, I must say...I love it when people from all walks of life can come together for a good and sustainable cause. In this photo, we have different nationalities coming to #Ghana to work in the Village farm helping to produce Organic Moringa. This project receives individuals from China to Holland to America. Power to that! Great work! Great endeavours!
Summer is truly over with the coming freeze. Chopped back the moringa tree, dug it up and potted it to try overwintering it inside. Not sure how well they take hard pruning, transplanting, or artificial light. We'll see. Now I have most of a 10 foot tree to clean the leaves from.

A mini harvest from the community terrace garden - green chillies, curry leaves and moringa leaves. Today was the first time when I was all by myself at the garden. I watered all the plants 🌱 removed all the pest infested leaves, trimmed the basil 🌿 sowed some fennel seeds and collected mulch (dead brown leaves) from the terrace floor. Since we sowed a lot of seeds some time ago, now they have all emerged from beneath the soil in the form of very cute seedlings 🌱 (swipe to see). And all these are growing in bath tubs 🛀 These bath tubs had minor defects and were lying useless before. They were donated by Jaguar. The soil and the manure used at the garden was donated by a huge nursery located at the outskirts of the city. We received some seeds for free and had to buy some. There are many pots at the garden which were found abandoned in the neighborhood, scavenged and put to use. We try to keep the garden as low waste as possible but a problem we face is micro plastic. For instance, the bags in which the soil and manure arrived are plastic (which we’ll return to the nursery for reuse). They wear out with use and leave bits of plastic behind. But even inside them, we found tiny bits of plastic and broken glass etc. So we separate it by hand but when it’s very tiny, there’s only so much we can do. Plastic is everywhere but do not despair 😩 simply do your best.
