I try to do some yoga at every stop. Today I really needed it after running 7.5 mostly trail miles this morning before heading out.
Twists are awesome after (or during) a long drive. They work the bloat, inflammation and spinal discomfort out of the body.
Feeling grateful & peaceful looking at this beautiful scenery.
Headed home to Denver for Thanksgiving! 🦃✨
