✨student spotlight SUNDAY✨ Meet Stacey!!!! She is a sweet yogini who is part of our community. Stacey loves yoga because: “it brings me into this present moment, where we remember who we are and whats important. We stop worrying, judging & open our heart to love, where all things are possible. In yoga we connect with our body, our breathe, feel our own rhythm & develop a sense of ageless, timeless well being, goodness and calming deep peace. Now we are available to function in our life” WOW! 🤩 she made me fall in love with yoga all over again! Every Sunday we will feature our students because they are the HEART of this studio & community. So geateful for these divine yogis sharing their path together 💗✨

Happy #WorldFoodDay Today is an important day to recognize & raise awareness of the issues behind poverty & hunger. As the holidays approach, it is important to be thankful for what we have and not focus on what we want as many people around the world are not as fortunate. It is also a time to show your support to the local Farmers Markets, specialty stores and markets. #Votewithyourdollars#ShopSmallandLocal#MontroseHarvestMarket
