Enter into the world of reading with My Very First I Can Read! This comprehensive emergent reading program addresses all the components of reading mastery based on the latest early literacy research. Written by educator and reading specialist Dr. Julie M. Wood,
The Learn to Read with Tug the Pup program features important Common Core State Standards connections, including sight word vocabulary, simple text, strong picture support, and character and plot development.
This is a very cute series of picture books in guiding little children to read. Starting very very simple sentences, it helps children to recognise words and read on their own.
Book 12 of each set is parents guide.
**Comes with 2 pages of stickers. ❤️My Very First I Can Read - Set 1
The eleven short stories in box set one are Guided Reading Levels A–C, which means it's the perfect entry point for new readers, with simple and predictable stories. Each box set also comes with reward stickers and a Parents' Guide that provides hours of additional reading activities. ❤️My Very First I Can Read - Set 2
The eleven short stories in box set two are Guided Reading Levels C–E, which means the stories are still very simple but include dialogue and are slightly more advanced than the A and B level stories. ❤️My Very First I Can Read - Set 3
The eleven short stories in box set three are Guided Reading Levels E–G, which means the vocabulary, sentence structure, and plots are still simple, but richer than box sets one and two.

Keeping the little One occupied with Do-A-Dot-Art markers. Each Dot-Art markers comes with 2.5oz of paint and the easy-to-grip bottles are great for little hands. Helps to stimulate the young minds to express themselves through their own colors and stories freely. Great ways to build strong foundation to improve hand-eye coordination whilst sharpening on their fine motor skills which eventually helps in drawing, painting & pre-writing skills.

Usborne Farmyard Tales and First Experiences Set. UK Publisher: Usborne. Includes 20 paperback booklets
Farmyard Tales: This series of delightful short stories has been especially written, with the help of a language expert, for young children who are just beginning to read. With the help and encouragement of an adult, beginner readers will be able to achieve the pleasure and satisfaction of reading a whole book for themselves.
First Experiences: This series introduces young children to situations they might find themselves in for the first time. The gently humorous illustrations are full of things for children to look at, learn from and talk about, and the simple text will enable slightly older children to read the books for themselves.

LOCKS & KEYS
I first presented the locks and keys lesson to this little boy (3years) 4 months ago when he first started. At the time it didn’t seem to capture his interest, he tried it once then put it away, quickly moving onto something else.
Four months later, I observed him independently choose this activity and work with it with deep concentration. These simple practical life activities seem to appeal to him now and capture his interest.
I have noticed that when children normalise, their need for constant new presentations and materials diminishes. The normalised child is content and happy with what they have, they explore and focus with the current materials at a deeper level without showing signs of boredom.
December is certainly the month of visits 😊. Yesterday my classroom was visited by Datin Wan Hasni Wan Yusof the wife of the Menteri Besar (head of government) for my state Negeri Sembilan.
She is also an experienced teacher. As soon as she walked into my classroom she said ‘this class is building not just for the child today but for their future’. I love the look on visitors faces when they walk in and see something they never expected to see...especially in small state in Malaysia.
