Mine means freedom to move, how and when I want to. If I want to hike, I hike. If I want to run 10km dammit I run that 10km. If I want to laze all day, I laze all day damn. You feel?

It's cardio HIIT the time. Today I'm taking you through a quick fullbody five move 15 minute sweat session. 5 simple moves you can do anywhere! It's lit!
1 jumping jacks
2 jumps squats
3 high knees
4 in & out abs
5 push up (advanced & normal; work with where your strength currently is; and you will watch yourself getting stronger💪🏾) Set your timer for 35 seconds working and 25 seconds rest.
