牛ステーキ肉2枚(300g位)
クレソン1束(43g)
にんにく1かけ(9g)
しょうゆ大さじ2
オリーブ油大さじ1・1/2
ラカントS顆粒大さじ1
塩・こしょう各適量
へるしごはん2パック(300g)

1.牛肉は焼く30分位前に冷蔵庫から出して常温に戻しておく。クレソンは葉の部分を摘む。にんにくは薄切り。
2.牛肉の両面に塩・こしょうをふる。
3.フライパンにオリーブ油・にんにくをあわせて弱火にかけ、にんにくに焼き色がついてカリカリになったら取り出す。(ガーリックチップ)
4.3のフライパンに牛肉を入れ、お好みの焼き加減になるまで両面を中火で焼き、取り出して一口大に切る。
5.4の余分な油分を拭き取り、しょうゆ・ラカントS顆粒をあわせて煮詰め、火を止めてたれにする。
6.器にへるしごはんを盛りつけ、クレソン・4のステーキ・3のガーリックチップをのせ、たれを添える。

I know I said no more keto desserts for the next 90 days but I had to go and support a business that gives you an alternative to tons of high carbs and high sugar ice cream. You can choose from a base of heavy cream, almond milk, or coconut milk. They also offer regular ice cream as well.  I told her about my favorite sweetener Monk Fruit and she told me to bring it with me.  They also offer Stevia if you like that. I had a large strawberry ice cream with a heavy cream and cream cheese base with about an ounce of fresh strawberries and my Monk Fruit to sweeten. The ice cream (large) was about 6 carbs. Cold brew... the obsession continues. It’s been ages since I attempted the always elusive pour shot! Heck it’s been ages since I’ve attempted any kind of shot with my camera. Sigh. I’ve missed it. Thought I’d share my favorite summer obsession... homemade cold brew coffee over ice with cashew-coconut milk. 
There’s a bunch of different measurements and directions for making cold brew at home but usually I make some variation of the following... 2/3 cup course coffee grounds + 4 cups of water in a big jar. Sit out at room temp or in fridge for 24 hours. Strain well. Dilute with another 2 cups of water (use more or less depending on how strong you want it). Serve over ice with a splash of homemade cashew-coconut milk (approx 1/4 cup each coconut flakes and raw cashews + 1-2 cups hot water in blender, let sit for 10 minutes, blend and strain). Lately I’ve been sweetening my cold brew with @lakantosweetener classic sweetener (monk fruit/sugar free) and I love it!

- 30g cacao/cocoa powder 🍫 - 3tsp baking powder⁣⁣⁣⁣
- 0.5tsp salt ⁣
- Whatever sweetener you want - I used 3 scoops of @buddhafruit ⁣⁣⁣⁣

Made these delicious Fudge Brownie bites this morning. These babies are vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free (recipe and discount codes below)

•1/4 cup vegan butter
•1/3 cup maple syrup
•1/4 cup coconut oil
•1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
•1/2 teaspoon @buddhafruit Lo Han Go
•3/4 cup raw cacao powder
•sprinkle of salt•
•1/2 cup almond meal

Threw above ingredients into my @omniblendaustralia blender and blended until mixed

In small seperate bowl add:
•4x tablespoons flax seed
•3/4 cup water

Stir flax and water until thick and then blend with other already blended ingredients. Once mixed, option to add additional choc chips.

Pour into baking dish and bake at 170 degrees for approx 25 minutes. -
(Note: @buddhafruit is an amazing sugar replacement as it is approx 300 times sweeter than sugar, contains no calories and has a zero glycemic index and so is suitable for those with diabetes.) -
