Are you a big fan of nude lip color? As much as I love bold shades my go to is always a nude shade. If you think I have only one in my bag you are wrong.
Every time I go to Target I leave with a new one, not sure if this is good or bad thing. I have at least 20 shades at home and 5 always with me (if it’s older than 6 months in the garbage).
Something is definitely wrong with me 😂. What is your favorite nude shade?
Climbing (riding up a hill) is my least favorite part of riding. That’s why I try to do it the most. At some point, as you go up a tough grade, your body abandons you and every thing in you tells you stop. At this point, it’s all mental strength that gets you up and over the hill. It’s synonymous with life, really. We are faced with challenges every day. But it’s up to us to keep going, keep pedaling (see what I did there? Going/pedaling. Did you catch it? Because you ‘go’ when you ‘pedal’. That was good, huh😎) No matter what you’re facing, keep your rhythm, keep your flow, get over your hill 💯
Oh, and if you’re going to buy a bike, buy a Bianchi because those things go fast on descents.

We can be so afraid of sadness that we guard ourselves in hopes to avoid it, however we forget that when we close the door to sadness, we also shut it on happiness too. 🚪
Nothing in life will ever be perfect. Hell, your meals don’t always come out looking picture perfect beautiful, but does that make you throw it out because it’s not what you expected it to look like? No. 🤷🏻♀️
Same goes for our hearts. We can’t be afraid to open our hearts to the things they long for just because it might get messy. Life is messy. Love can be messy. All things come with their challenges. ❤️
But those challenges are not placed in front of you to break you, they are placed there to call you to action and help you, your relationships, and your endeavours grow and succeed! 💪🏼
There is something incredible within every chance you take, win or lose. You only truly fail... when you choose to never try again. ❤️

But we all have different reasons why we workout, not only to look good but to be actually fit and enjoy the things we love to do
There is so much more to fitness than just looking good and working out
For those wanting to start working out and find it hard to start just find a reason big or small, reasons like being able to jump on a trampoline with your kid's without getting gassed in seconds or be able to be more productive at work and home without being tired all the time, there are endless reasons choose one
For those already working out you are not always going to feel like working out but just remember why you do it and even if you go through the motions just remember a shitty workout is beter than no workout
Your fitness will improve your life and everyone around you in more ways than i can mention here
