Sure I may work every day. Sure I may need to check in any time. But as the boss I don’t need to check a tattoo or piercing or outfit with anyone. I don’t need to change who I am. I can run my hours when I have time. I don’t have to leave my house on a stormy day and commute for hours. And I can even choose to live in leggings and slippers. It’s not hard to love what you do but it is hard work. Spending what side time I have checking in with clients and being proof of the product. The rest of my time? Interior Design, family, house chores and whatever I want. I started this hustle as a side income with a part time day job. Today I do what serves me and helps others. Guess who did her first postpartum run this morning!? Last time I ran was when I was in the early stages of labor so needless to say I felt pretty great in comparison 😜
But you know what else is even MORE awesome for me? My post baby body confidence. This is HUGE for me. I WOULD NOT rock just a sports bra for MONTHS after having Brayden. I remember the first time I did, (solely because it was so hot out so I took my shirt off mid run)... and I felt insanely self conscious and on the verge of tears the whole time. .
Today I said screw it. This has absolutely nothing to do with being in any better shape than my first pregnancy either, and EVERYTHING to do with my mindset and improved confidence over the past few years. As someone who struggled hardcore with eating disorders for YEARS. I am MORE proud of myself for this than the ability to run 4 weeks postpartum.
I owe this 10,000% to the community of uplifting in supportive people that have surrounded myself with. I never thought that coaching would give me so much, and help me improve myself to where I am today. For that I am forever grateful.
Stop thinking you’re not good enough, stop hating yourself for everything you’re not and LOVING yourself for everything you ARE. And if you need help getting there, please reach out. You deserve it 💕
I tried a dance video to warm-up, but I looked more like a spastic chicken 🐔 and less like a dancer😂. It was a fun way to get my heart rate up before I got into my weights, even if I didn’t look cool and coordinated like the @befit ladies in the video 😆

This is my first time trying the new orange mango collagen protein gel. And I give it two 👍🏻 👍🏻. Just finished my Upper Fix workout. I love the 15 g of protein, flavor, the fact that it is collagen based which is something this 45 year old can use a little more of, and that it will help with muscle recovery.
