#MomLifeSaver talaga! Now, sure and confident na ako na hindi lang malinis ang damit namin, kundi amoy malinis din. Thank you, Ariel Philippines. 💗
Mga momsh @sarmgel @jenny_erpelo @ayengabon share nyo na din #KulobStory nyo baka palarin tayo na makapag-uwi ng #Arielphilippines giftpack from @kuyakim_atienza and @marieltpadilla 💗
Am I the only one who can’t quite get into the swing of back-to-school?! I can’t stop running like crazy from one thing to the next without a plan 😫 So I’m thankful that @stirandscribble and I teamed up with our @didntijustfeedyou sponsor @momsbestcereal to come up with 6 ways to make family cooking easier during hectic weeks like these.
Because I need the reminder myself right now!
My 2 MUST FOLLOW tips are 👇🏼 Check ‘em out, then be sure to visit — and follow — @stirandscribble for her 2 tips AND @didntijustfeedyou for 2 other tips inspired by our fantastic season 1 guests. Plus, we share a great, easy recipe for Bus Stop Trail Mix at DIJFY that’s a #momlifesaver on busy mornings.
1️⃣👉🏼 DON’T FEEL GUILTY ABOUT USING STORE-BOUGHT SHORTCUTS! Using natural, store-bought shortcuts freed me from a tremendous amount of pressure. Quality, affordable, store-bought shortcuts that make cooking easier DO exist! Brands like @momsbestcereals make kid-favorite products like Honey Grahams and Crispy Cocoa Rice without any artificial ingredients or high-fructose corn syrup. #momwin !
2️⃣👉🏼 KNOW WHAT RULES TO BREAK! When it comes to cooking, there are some techniques that matter + some that don’t for the home cook. Unless you have killer knife skills, chopping probably slows you down most, so get that mini chop, use a microplane for garlic, invest in a mandoline and garlic press to go faster on busy nights! #momshelpingmons#ad
Can’t live without this combination. My morning must!!!!! Busy mom today working from home while watching 2 kids 🙃. .
•Yes!!! I love the products ⬇️⬇️⬇️. Why? Because I rather have this every mornings instead of coffee (Was never a fan). Less calories, burns fat, has collagen (Hair, nails, and skin) and it’s healthy for me, plus I avoid the jittery & after crash. So why not.

That Mom moment when you think, "shoot" (or insert your own word, ha!). You realize you do NOT have what you need to make your dinner tonight. Sometimes, Sunday prep doesn't happen... Well, these 3 vitality oils saved our crockpot paleo carnitas tonight! Phew. #momwin
Christina says, "Been feeling so overwhelmed with Motherhood lately. I don’t know if it’s because Max has been waking up by 5am every morning or that my husband hasn’t had a day off in 14 days and single parenting is hard!!! I don’t know, but this Mama is feeling defeated. But then I look at my 3 little ones and they are happy as can be. And even though I feel like there is a laundry list of things to get done, I’ll remind myself that these moments are fleeting. So the dishes can wait, I’ll get sleep one of these days, and I’ll remember that I’m doing an okay job! I’m going to show myself a little grace and just soak in these smiles instead.".

Onguard or the protective blend which is such a great name for this blend was how I first fell in love with oils. Before my journey with essential oils started, my toddler at the time was going to school and whatever he was catching at school he was bringing it home😔 and once this happened it was a long cycle because all of us would get sick😷...No fun specially when you have a new baby and regardless of how tired or sick you feel as a mom you still have to attend to your little ones. Anybody with me on this one?🙋♀️👩👦👦 .
When I was introduced to essential oils, I loved 😍 that they were SIMPLE to use, 100% NATURALLY🌱, no negative side effects and very EFFECTIVE. .
For my little ones all I needed was to diffuse and roll their feet and spine, and for us adults the same and even taking them internally and ONGUARD became a life saver because all of us would be either preventing or strengthening our immune system. I also love that if I start getting an scratchy troat, I gargle onguard a couple of times maybe 3x and its gone👍.
I can go on and on about how much I love this particular blend but if you want to learn more let me know and I will be happy to share.
What is your favorite way to use doterra Onguard? Or do you have a testimonial you can share?
I had BIG babies: 9lbs12oz, 9lbs 4oz, 10lbs5oz, 9lbs4oz
WOW right?!? And all of them were c-sections.
With my first baby I didn’t have a clue. I had no friends who had babies and my older brother who had 2 children had always lived far away. I was dropped into my new reality without a proverbial life jacket. And...reality with a newborn is NO JOKE. I was STRESSED out with her health concerns (heart murmur and possible kidney problems), my/her inability to latch properly, engorgement, broken and raw nipples and all the “easy” things that prove to be not so easy when u are sleep deprived and at the mercy of this little body. She cried A LOT. In particular every time I put her down. EVERY. TIME.
I can’t remember exactly how I heard about the 🇨🇦heart2heart sling (http://www.heart2heart.ca/) but it became my LIFE SAVER. THAT and the exercise ball that was now the most important piece of furniture in my house. She only fell asleep being nursed, held or bounced, and she quickly woke if I stopped any of the above.
As she grew, DH was able to use the Bijorn and take on more of the responsibility of carrying her. I became more comfortable relinquishing some of the control over to him.
Lessons we learnt with our 1st allowed us to be better prepared for numbers 2,3 & 4. The sling remained a VITAL part of MY survival and sanity and therefore my baby’s happiness. Attachment parenting was not yet a thing. I didn’t make a conscious decision to parent one way or another, I just knew my babies were happiest close to me and I listened to my heart and held them there. Do you use a sling!
