We never wear jeans! So I had to document.
I do not like jeans and will do whatever it takes not to wear jeans. Because I have associated them with feelings of despire, unfit, tight, uncomfortable, unflattering. You name it. I would always have one pair that would fit and others that kinda fit. You know the ones that fit your hips not your thighs, fit your butt but not your length. Ugh jeans are exhausting and so you would find me in sweats ALL THE Time, if I could get away with it I would wear sweats. Even in college the prime time to spend hours getting ready I would wear sweats.
I always want Jules to be comfortable and therefore she too never wears jeans haha.
I am grateful that I get to keep her comfort a main concern and we don't feel the pressure of wearing something "cute" all the time. But we did both look pretty cute in these jeans so here it is!
2 girls living their best lives .
You know both pairs came off the moment we walked in the door and we are back in pj bottoms haha.
Atrapando mensajes hilvanados en el aire 🌬🍃
There are messages written in the air that play to reveal themselves between smiles and glances. Your complicity and mine, entangled today in a swirl of fresh breeze, seal a tacit pact of ephemeral love, in this fleeting moment, as well as the wind is perishable.

Jan 2017 vs July 2018
These two pictures say so much. And the confidence that I feel in the second picture with the added bonus of being confident that the girl on the left is gone makes looking at these pictures so sweet.
Let me tell you I was skeptical at first. I took pic 1 in Jan and these were actually just before pictures I took to start working out on my own with Pinterest workouts. A quick fail. 🙁 I didn't understand how impactful having the accountability aspect would be. In May, I went all in on changing my situation forever
At-home workouts were really my only option. One car, no support (babysitter), extra money (gas, membership, and childcare), it just wasn't something that could be made a priority.
I realized that I needed to find something because I didn't want to admit that pic 1 was "it for me". So I needed to make myself a priority.
I got a boat load more than I thought I would. I have developed a deep love for myself, appreciation of my body and the importance of fueling my mind.
You can start a diet, you can start a workout program or you could get all in one with proven success (for proof look at the smile in pic 2). I'm all about everyone finding what works for them. Well Folks this is IT for me. And I'm gonna keep on sharing it in case this is what will work for YOU.
We have a new program so everyone is doing it for the first time together! I'm running a test group to obtain testimonies from people who actually go through the program (male or female) with me through the first 8 weeks.
Message me if you're willing to take the next 8 weeks to see what you are capable of doing 4days a week, 30-40 mins. 💥BONUS! 💥
Everyone who joins me by Wednesday (tomorrow) 7pm est will be entered to receive a FREE MONTHS WORTH of my liquid energy I call my Motion Potion. Plant based energy that will help you crush your work out or just to get you until bedtime.
You really have nothing to lose here. Guarantee money back if you aren't happy in the first 30 days.
Do you know your customer?
What you think or like may not be as appealing to your customers’ taste.
Consumers just don’t buy things out of a need but also wants to build a strong bonding to that product or service in order to satisfy their unspoken stimulation of the feeling, especially in a competitive market.
In simple language, say you are running a brand new cafe. You want to sell tons of espressos and cranberry/orange muffins and your common sense dictates, you must keep the space super clean with extra organized tables, chairs, magazines... and trained staff to clean the table as soon as customer sips the last drop of coffee.
Guess what? Unconsciously, you set your shop to only appeal a single customer base whose profile might be a super hygienic person at home. If you wish to sell to many, your shop should not have one type of aesthetics but rather welcoming, comfortable, homey and friendly enough to make all your customers feel good to be there. Remember, your customers walk in at every age, gender, size and with many complexities.
If I am a heavy built or male, or young, or any gender customer at your shop, I shouldn’t feel intimidated with perfect modern look, clean and organized cafe setting. For sure, my unspoken stimulation of behavior will unconsciously tell me that I do not belong here because you missed making me feel at home where my typical living room is always not perfectly organized with an old couch and a coffee table cluttered with magazines and an empty coffee mug all day.
Now, do you have my business?
