Ok . . . THIS is just one of the reasons I LOVE being a Senior Portrait Photographer! Every single Senior brings something new to work with . . . even if it's just their personality! Trying to figure out how to best display them doing what they love to do can be challenging, but it's ALWAYS fun and exciting for me!
I think this only the second time I have ever gotten to photograph a Senior in their future profession. Corby plans to be a lineman . . . one of those amazing people that climb high into the air to fix power lines to make sure we have electricity running to our homes. Something that none of us can easily live without. How cool is that?!?!? Personally, I can't even imagine being that high on one of those skinny poles . . . so you go right ahead Corby, and I'll be praying for your safety along the way!!!
As I’m sitting here drinking my coffee, holding my babies I can’t help but think how quick time is going.
Please tell me I’m not losing it, and can’t believe it’s fall and 2018 is about to be over... like I’m still writing 2017 on accident on all my checks.
I absolutely love shooting guys just as much as my girls. I believe they deserve the same top notch images to commemorate their senior year, their accomplishments and who they “are” right now. I’m also a mother of a boy so I understand that 2-3 hrs of shooting is not their idea of a “fun day” like my girls but they still appreciate great images. I feel I can relate to them a little better than photographers who don’t have boys - unless they are guys too. 😂 The men get it. Also to the mommas - wouldn’t you love to have images that show that personality of your child that you get to see , that you know that makes your heart melt?? My goal, boy or girl, is to bring out the person that the world sees in them. #phase12guys#phase12seniors
